I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional and disorganized as Creative Artist International. As a professional who has legitimate experience in the legal support field, specifically immigration law, I worry deeply about the individuals who have entrusted their hard-earned money to the clearly un-qualified team here.
I have provided my freelance legal writing services to Creative Artist International on and off since 2015. Up until now, they have always paid for my services, however late those payments may have been received. In May 2017, I provided a finished draft of one visa petition letter and the first draft of another. I charged CAI $300 per case; as of this writing, I have received only $188 of the $600 I am due. While I recognize their argument that one of the cases was not completed, that does not constitute an excuse for ignoring me and refusing payment for nearly five months. I have continuously offered to settle with CAI and resolve this issue without going public; instead, I have been repeatedly lied to and ignored. One day someone is walking to Western Union to send my payment, the next a check is in the mail. At the end of the day, I have received nothing but a partial payment on one case.
Based on my first-hand experience working with these two, I would advise any prospective customers against agreeing to their services. Obtaining an O-1 visa in our current political climate is no easy feat; any aspiring artist looking to undertake such a venture would be better off going to a legitimate law firm that can actually provide legal advice.
This company is a total scam. I reached out to them in April 2016 to solicit their services for obtaining an O1. My initial contact with the woman who I dealt with was positive and reassuring which gave me the sense that she knew what she was doing and she seemed honest. I tried to dig dirt up on the company but at the time I couldn't find any bad reviews and even saw they'd won some 'business awards' and had positive comments on their facebook page(in hindsight, probably fake). The woman told me on the phone that she used to work for another company that dealt with O1 sponsorships and after many years of experience she decided to branch out on her own and had just started the company with her business partner. I took her word and believed this was the reason for the lack of information on the company. Initially, this woman was quite helpful and extremely responsive. Eventually she asked for a deposit before doing any more work, however after sending her the deposit her tonality changed. She became less friendly, started taking longer to respond and had poor attention to detail in her replies. After I did most the work putting together my case, and then her supposedly soliciting the help of a professional lawyer to write the copy, she mailed my petition. I asked prior to her mailing it if I could see a copy of what she was sending and she responded that it would be difficult because she'd "have to take photos of all the pages and there were too many". She didn't even have a digital copy! The only reason I know she filed the petition is that I received a letter from USCIS with a LOT of questions about the case. The letter contained scans from the petition which was the first time I was able to see how poor the work was. There were spelling and grammatical mistakes everywhere, and contradicting information in many places. I sought advice from another lawyer and the petition had been botched so badly the lawyer suggested my best option was to withdraw the application entirely and to re-apply. The process had taken so long that I ran out of time on the visa of my then current country of residence and was forced to leave unprepared and out of pocket($2500). Do not let this happen to you!
Beware of this company. My daughter signed a contract with creative artist international to apply for her o1 visa. After paying the initial fee, the work provided to her by the company was of very poor quality. Over time they became less and less responsive. My daughter worked with them to get close to a final package after doing most of the writing and editing herself. We paid an expedited fee for the union letter that was required and discovered after the fact that the letter provided was forged. Upon paying the final expedited fee for submission of the final package pretty much all communication ceased except for a few excuses as to why it was taking so long. In the end it became apparent that the application was never submitted. We lost thousands of dollars, valuable time and experienced tremendous stress. The company continues to be unresponsive to my requests for a refund. Don’t sign a contract with these people!

These scammers ran off with $1500 of my money and did not a minutes work, all communication then nothing, emails bounced website down. Disappeared.
There are many who have lost money from these scammers, I wil not give up till we are refunded, watch your backs ladies we are after you and do are the FBI.
To boot, they know nothing about securing visas, when I was told I needed two letters etc I told them I don’t for a P3 visa, the response was, well if you say you don’t then you probably don’t!

for 6 months I made the payment for my visa process 01 and they have not given me the tracking number and they do not answer emails,no phone nothing there are only excuses, but they do not tell me anything about it.

These people operate under a cloud of secrecy. You will never meet them or see their faces, because they don’t want you to know who they really are. i though that because they have all these so called awards that they were trustworthy, but that is unfortunately not the case.
They made me all these promises, took my money, left me in limbo for months and then I never heard from them again. I had a genuine desire to move the US, but all got was months of inaction, that lead to a rejection of my application and thousands of dollars in debt.
I would warning anyone who is considering doing business with them to look elsewhere, because this company will get you nowhere. Stay well away!!!

This company doesn’t even deserve one star as far as I am concerned.
My dealings with this company have just been so unprofessional from start to finish, and it was never finished.
I have since come across a number of their clients who are equally disgruntled.
Any attempt to get money refunded has been either stalled, or ignored or lied about.
Please keep your money and go and see a professional lawyer, you’ll thank yourself.
