On March 18th I shipped a very expensive Motorcycle Wheel/Bearings and Spacers from an AIM Mail Center in Santa Clarita, CA through FedEX. Because of th value of the item I did purchase Insurance.
My motorcycle whell was received at the Pacoima, CA Fed Ex Shipping Center and that is the last status of the package. A week later FedEx could not give me any status, despite me calling several times other than "Out for Delivery for March 24th" even though their website had no info other than received in Pacoima.
On March 26th, finally one of their "Customer Service" employees informed me that "I'm sorry your package is considered Lost". I filed a Claim for my approximate $2700 loss due to my wheel being "Lost or Stolen" by Fed EX employees.
I cannot get a hold of anybody in claims at Fed Ex, constantly get told someone (who has proven her incompetence) named Carrie who is handling my claim will contact me. No contact has been made from FED Ex and I spent almost $100 to ship and Insure my wheel.
I paid jeannie for two aged primary packages for two of my clients. She literally hounded me for the money calling, texting, emailing continuously until i sent the money in and then lagged in response there after. After the fact i read reviews on her which was my mistake and asked for a refund. She contacted me begging not to believe the lies. I asked her to sign a contract stating i would be entitled to a refund had the lines not posted. I checked in with her about an update in which she said on more than one account it was too early to hear anything. Now it's past the 30 business days as stated on the contract i've been texting her text free number and emailing with no response. I will be sending all documents over to my bank and zelle to have her account flagged as well as pressing charges against her if i do not receive my money back.
In november 2018 i came across jeannie kerns website and after emailing her about this cpn package i decided to start the process, it was a fresh cpn with three tradelines posted on it, she was claiming great posting times, my family and i were struggling needed a new place plus a car, i figured i could get funding and take care of everything, but of course jeannie lied and month after went by with nothing i asked for my refund like a 100 times but only received a new promise or lie i should say, she knew my situation with my family and how tight everything was but still took my money and lied to me, i have no words for a person like this
As with everyone else says this lady is a total joke. Bends over backwards to collect your money. It has been months and nothing but I do love how emails go ignored. This is the worst company in the world. Liars and unprofessional do not waste your time with this company.
She will take money and never deliver, she always advertise products that does not work, NEVER. but she will ask you to pay in advance and use at a later date...but I put the FEDS on her... they know all about her and her advertisement. Till this day i haven't gotten anything from her.I wrote the credit beaurau an they have recieved anything on mybehalf from her company.I have written her,whit no reponse at all.I will take this father to get this matter taken care of.I have someone very close to me that is the a*s. STATE ATTORNY OF FLORIDA.
Made payment online like it says , got receipt and that wa s it . No service . Asked for a refund. And was ignored contacted my credit card to file a stop payment for no service render. Kerns and associates refuse to refund me my money . All I want is my money back
