I was told I would receive the commissions on any cruises I booked. They now will not pay me the commissions. I did all of the work myself, both the research and booking. Pat Shouldice gave me all of her travel agent information and told me to pretend I was her, so she wouldn't have to do any of the work.
I also sent her numerous leads but she failed to assist potential customers. She did not respond to many of my efforts to book a cruise through her.
I then discovered she had been using one of my professional photos on her website and when I asked her and the franchise owner to either remove it, or pay me for its use, they refused to and blocked my emails to them.
They go under three different travel agency names, to confuse people who try to pursue them. "Rich" was also involved in the booking of one of my cruises, despite him now saying he was not.
I am asking for the three commissions at this point, but they will not respond.
