I immediately noticed discoloring/stain on fabric and notified them. They refunded a very small portion. The sheet set was only $23.99. When I attempted to put them on our bed a couple weeks ago, my hand went right through the fabric. These were listed as Egyptian Comfort 1800 Count 4 Piece Deep Pocket Bed Sheet Set. I have bought many sets of Egyptian Cotton Sheets for myself and my children over the years. I have never felt any that were that high of a thread count, that felt like the ones sold to me by Cozy Array. I sent them a picture of the tear and they refused to either replace with better quality, which I wouldn't mind paying difference for. Nor did they refund the remainder of what I paid for them.
I ordered on eBay. when I received what I ordered I noticed it was wrong and not what I ordered. Email several times and only got a response when I put a negative comment on there eBay page. They then said they would send me a return label. Nothing happens. I emails many times more. They finally said if I chain the comment that they would send me the right sheets. I said ok. But wouldn't until I changed it. I said I will not until I get what I ordered. then again nothing. I then filled an appeal with eBay. I will never but from this company again!

FRAUD WATCH OUT
This company advertises 600 thread per inch Egyptian cotton for deep pocket kings.
what you get is maybe 150 threads per square inch Rough cotton with irregular sewn seams
an will not fit a deep King. When you complain, they asked if you washed them and who does not wash
new sheets before sleeping upon them. Now they will not accept a return since they are washed.
No country of manufacture on labels as required by Federal Law.
