If you are a broker and you rate a carrier with a poor rating because they hurt your customer by not transporting the vehicle according to contract, once the carrier fixes the problem, you can not remove the rating (or change it to a positive rating). Why is this bad?
If you continue to hurt a company by continueing to display negative information about that company (even when the customer was made whole again through compensation or whatever), that is false information posted nationwide. CentralDispatch will never allow you to change a rating once is posted. What is stopping a lawyer from filing a lawsuit for libel (slander in writing)? Nothing. So a broker that files a negative review on Central is at risk for a lawsuit. Why use the rating system at all if that is the case?
So now the brokers are catching on to this and not giving the carriers the negative reviews they deserve. This makes it harder for the broker to know who to use and who not to use when choosing a carrier. THIS MAKES CENTRALDISPATCH.COM USELESS!!!

Drivers have to sit in line at Manheiim for 4-6 hours at most places because these auction sites are run by the lowest paid min. wage people with no incentive to move faster. Carriers are starting to refuse to pickup orders that are at these Manheim auction location nationwide.
Did you know that Cox Automotive owns Kelly Blue Book? Yes, that is right. The people that auction cars at Manheim are telling you what the car is worth in Kelly Blue Book? How corrupt is that? IF that is not a tale of the fox guarding the hen house, I don't know what is!!!

When BWT Group LLC changed their name to www.movewheels.com (same owner at BWT Group LLC) they too were allowed to operate on Central Dispatch even though they were just a subsidiary of BWT Group LLC. when MoveWheels.com started to receive very bad ratings the name was changed again to GetCarrier.com and they too were allowed to continue on CentralDispatch.com. Same owner - all three companies. This broker using three different names was allowed to continue to ripoff carriers for their fees and consumers for their cars being delivered damaged and for higher prices than expected (bait and switch tactics)..... yes never thrown off CentralDispatch.com.

A dispatch load board should only have actual loads posted on the system. This is not the case with Central Dispatch (www.centraldispatch.com). Most of the loads are prospects and not actual loads ready to go. Central Dispatch is aware of this but they do nothing to prevent it. They do not punish the F Rated companies that post these "prospects". They allow fraud to occur every day on their site. It makes the site cheap and useless to us carriers that have to call out to many many of these postings before we find an actual order ready to go that is actually under contract.

They buy companies and wreck them. They purchased www.centraldispatch.com and have now proceeded to screw up the nationwide dispatch system so badly - it is a joke. Worst than that, try calling them. You can't. You get the ding bat secretary of the day who can't even take your message and pass it to the right people within the company. You can never speak to a manager or someone who acts like they care. Clearly they don't.

CentralDispatch.com has been around forever. All brokers, carriers and some dealerships pay a membership fee to make sure they can post orders and every truck can see what needs to be moved in the auto industry.
When Cox Automotive purchased Central Dispach they never did anything to improve the glitches in the software. They never validated any truck drivers credentials (like they used to check these important documents). Now any trucker (even those with no DOT active authority) can join central dispatch and ripoff customers.
Many many brokers without proper credentials are now posting loads on central dispatch. These F Rated brokers are taking customer money and not paying the carriers. The carriers move the vehicles and expect to get paid upon delivery and the customers who've already paid have to pay twice.
Here is the real problem. COX HATES AMERICA. THEY HATE THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY. THEY HATE CARS THAT RUN ON FOSSIL FUELS. THEY HATE THE BROKERS THAT TRY TO POST ORDERS BUT THE DISPATCH BOARD IS NOW CONSTANTLY BROKEN WITH NO HOPES FOR REPAIR. YOU CAN'T REPORT THE FAILURES. NOBODY WILL LISTEN. Cox Automotive steals data from every auto transport carrier, broker and dealership. They data harvest account information despite terms and conditions on their websites. They will steal the life blood of your business - your customer database.

He just pulled the biggest scam on the auto transport industry with their theft of 10 years plus worth of data to thousands of accounts that paid for cloud server services on the Cox website. A dispatch load board should only have actual loads posted on the system. This is not the case with Central Dispatch (www.centraldispatch.com). Most of the loads are prospects and not actual loads ready to go. Central Dispatch is aware of this but they do nothing to prevent it. They do not punish the F Rated companies that post these "prospects". They allow fraud to occur every day on their site. It makes the site cheap and useless to us carriers that have to call out to many many of these postings before we find an actual order ready to go that is actually under contract.
Shame on Central Dispatch for knowing about this for years - yet they do nothing to stop it. Steve Rowley is the new CEO of Cox Automotive.
Steve - carriers (and I'm sure the legit brokers) hate companies that post without a contract. Sandy Schwartz was too lazy to do anything about it. Please make this a priority or cell CentralDispatch.com to somebody who will run it correctly.

They will spend 30 million investing in some 3D imaging technology company based in sanctuary city San Francisco but they will not update the 19 year old dispatch website that screws the whole trucking industry every day thousands of times per day. Idiots that don't care about all the small business owners - truckers (owner operators that move cars).... hurting real bad because this company has no customer service, they bought the website that controls 98% of the auto transport trucking industry and they refuse to maintain it, update it, fix all the many glitches in it and they show no signs of doing anything about it any time soon either. Brokers pay $169.00 for Central Dispatch and $189.00 for Jracker.com. There are over 4,500 brokers that subscribe to this service. They are making 1.6 million dollars per month and they can't hire the right IT people to fix this software disaster? Lazy bum idiots at Cox Automotive. They refuse to add bandwidth, they refuse to make the website stable (crashes all the time)... they refuse to listen to their customers and what their customers are asking for... they don't ever answer their phones. Has anyone warned Cox Automotive that Dealertrack Technologies is one of the most corrupt companies in all of America? Has anyone warned David Doolittle that they are making a 4 billion dollar mistake buying this company that has falsely represented their software in every way shape and form possible. Has Cox Automotive taken anytime to review the software they are buying? Have they called a few clients of Dealertrack to see how they feel about Dealertrack? The answer to that question is a big fat NO! If they did they wouldn't be considering a purchase of such crap software. They wouldn't want to inherit thousands of customers (dealerships, auto transporters - brokers and carriers).... the people who pay Dealertrack..... because if they did they would have found out that Dealertrack software doesn't work!
