This website is claiming to be using available third party information when posting court records. However, they post sealed or expunged court records which currently are not and should not be availble for public viewing in hopes that the person pays for removal. I have looked for my court records on the local courts website, went to the sheriffs office and the local court and all have no record of my arrest.
I was told for me to even get a copy of my sealed record I would have to the write the judge a letter stating so. FDLE informed me the only way they could have this information is from my original arrest record back in 2000. Website says if record is expunged to send them personal information proving it for removal of record but when contacted by email exactly what court records they need no reponse.
Website has no phone number or address just po box
Courtrecords.org, owned and/or operated by Accucom, is diplaying and selling expunged information on their website.
After researching through the BBB I contacted Accucom via email and stated my concerns but did not receive a response. Suddenly the search ranking went from 4th to 1st page results after I contacted via email.
My next step will be to attempt to contact:
Jenna Raymond: Customer Support manager
Alon Cohen: G.M.
Levon Gasparian: CEO
In an attempt to rectify the situation. I did find that Accucom is located at 581 Boyleston in Boston, MA.
Wanted more detailed criminal/arrest reports for an individual than what I could obtain online.
Comprehensive report available for $1.
waited for the report only to find that the individual that I was looking for had no information at all in the report that was offered...I found much more for free through local governmant and law enforcement websites.
I sent an email to the address that was provided, to recieve a response asking if i wanted teh 18.95 fee for unlimited aceess refunded, however i had not seen that nor agreed to that fee prior. Looks like this is about to turn into a nightmare!
I am a victim of courtrecords.org - recently googled my name to get information on my previous job credits. I have never committed a crime nor been accused of one; but today I found a false record on their website.
15 years ago I had a divorce, which would have been filed under family records - yet courtrecords.org has my full name listed with (although charges supposedly dropped), a criminal record! I was utterly unaware until I google searched, I was never arrested or notified or anything, even 15 years ago. I checked the information with the official court listed and there is NO record! It is a total lie.
Not sure what to do but am considering suing as this will affect my life and employability. If anyone has information on how to make them remove a false record please post it here. I am too afraid to contact them directly - why trust such a company to keep their word? Very angry.
