I was required to take an 8 hr class from a district court. Because of my geographical location and living situation it is not easy for me to attend an 8 hr weekend class. I searched online for an alternative and came across "www.courtorderedclasses." They claimed to offer the class that I needed for $35.00. They also informed me upfront that I would also have to pay $35 for overnight shipping of the completion certificate. I paid for both. Once registered, I bagan the class that I thought I paid for. Turns out, its only for questions long and is timed at 20 minutes out of the required eight hours I am suppose to complete. I thought that was odd. I checked the main page and now each class is broken into 20 minute segments, and each cost $35.00!!!!!
When I added them all up it was an additional $280.00 plus they charge $35/wk. I needed to complete this class so I paid the additional $280. I tried to complete the class but it wont allow access until the following week, after it charges you another $35.00! Then they tell you not to tell the court you took the classes online because they DONT COUNT IN COURT. This didnt fit into my time frame of completion. I immediately called the customer service number that day. I was sent to a voicemail, which stated they would return my call within 48 hrs. that was over 21 days ago. I have called EVERY single day to get this resolved and i'm sent to the same voicemail. At this point they have taken over $400.00 from me and will not respond to calls or emails. This is A SCAM!
scam set up for failure why would state of texas require a california state bs online class for dismissal?
same here basically, except their website wont work on my browers all the time. i didnt agree to 35 a week auto draft, was told it was at your own pace. KEYWORDS : my OWN PACE. in person classses are 2 hours 1x a week for 6 months on 52 hour class..They claim self pace but it takes a in person go to class much longer, not 1 month. . bought 1 class to see if it worked and it wouldnt let me advance or start it. then i started getting emails and auto draft fees and then overdraft fees in addition making me in the red now and even then email me their going to report me to court for missed payments and weekly class. what self pace is that? scam stay away. get a attorney, dont deal with this non sense company. keep searching courtorderedclasses scams OR fraud OR fake. many bad negative reports about them. its a set up for failure.
