The rental amount for this rat infested property, and their late fees are outrageous. I should have never moved here, the apartments aren't worth it and they are old. They only show you the remodeled parts online, than when you get there they show you the old side. Be very careful how you approach these places here in Atlanta especially off of memorial drive.
