I ordered a Deluxe Corporate Kit that was advertised for $37.99 which was to include the following:
- Embossing Seal with carry pouch - Digital Seal (sent by email in JPG format)
- 20 Stock Certificates, custom printed (one class) - Binder with gold detailing and slipcase
- Insertable label holder on spine - Preprinted minutes and bylaws (Operating Agreement for LLC)
- Stock Transfer ledger - Special Forms Section - Including IRS requirements for Sub-Chapter S filing and Section 1244 forms (for Corporation) - Specialized index dividers
The DELUXE Corporate or LLC kit has a vinyl 3-ring binder with 265 sheet capacity and comes with a matching slipcase. The binder is gold embossed on the front cover and has a clear label holder on the spine to insert the corporate name. It also has two clear pockets on the inside to protect lose documents. Ideal for long shelf life.
I paid $54.06 for this kit in November with my debit card.
I received by mail the other day the 20 Stock Certificates with my companies name printed on them but I did not received the other items. I sent an email to Dianiela @ Corporate Kits and Seals and she answered back saying I only ordered the 20 Certificates.
The certificates were from a company called www.fastkit.com and in the package I got there was an invoice Billed to Vitaliy Sorokin at Olen LLC $28.00 for the certificates and $13.85 for shipping. Total $41.85.
I sent another email today to Dianiela @ Corporate Kits and seals telling her she was wrong and that I ordered the Deluxe kit and I wanted them to send to me the rest of the stufff I didn"t get which is listed above with the exception of the certificates I already received.
