SCAM and EXTORTION by Coroporam to sell defective equipement and then ask for additonal funds when unit sent back to fix the defect.

corporam.com offered to by a two for one deal "end of year 2016" tattoo laser and ultrasound device for fat reduction.

1) On arrival and set up: Water reported in base of metal case: told normal and proceed with set up

2) No manual, instructions on set up or parts inventory in solid metal case. Had to email to report water and request a manual.

3) After getting manual, ports on back not like picture shown in manual.

Told to go ahead and fill laser for operation. After filling device with distilled water, turned machine on. Immediately on activation of switch water profusely drained from the sides and base of the unit. Emailed corporam, and Kim stated likely damaged in shipping. Told to send back. Waited for email on how to send back which was never received. Emailed again and told sending unit back was buyers cost despite receiving a broken unit.

Sent unit back in state of leak via UPS store. On receipt, corporam claims all damage is buyers fault. UPS requires the seller to appeal claim since the thin cardboard strapping taped around solid metal box was not saved.. As such, seller chooses not to appeal to UPS (as likely sent in broken state), to report damages in shipping.

Seller now states a holder's fee of $50 per day and thousands of dollars extra to repair unit at buyers cost. Scam of send broken equipment where no external way to know of damage, then have leak, then blame the buyer for damages. Seller tells the better business bureau that they will fix it for $1,500 but told the buyer a "holders" fee per day plus "thousands to repair"....Crazy to trust this company that won't stand by their product for a single working day.

Key Scam Parts: 1) Sent defective equipment not visible externally 2) Buyer reports water in metal case along with no manual or any intructions or guides. Buyer also notes wrong image in manual for ports on system. 3) Buyer only sees defects when turning machine on 4) Seller corporam (Phil) claim buyer caused damages based on assemply of unit the second weekend after arrival and didn't save cardboard strapping taped to solid metal box. Buyer points out that I docuemntation from UPS that if any cardboard wasn't saved that the seller would need to appeal to UPS if the unit didn't arrive in correct state. Curiously, supporting scam, corporam and Phil do not appeal to UPS for damage in shipping. 5) Instead, seller asks for extortion money in form of "holders" fee and "thousands of dollars to repair". 6) Since total cost under $10,000, Phil at corporam taunts buyer that costs to legal fight this scam are cost prohibitive. This further solidifies the scam/extortion nature of this alleged business.
