On september 24th 2015 I wired to Connie 2,000.00 dollars to Chase Bank in Sherman Oaks, California as a refundable deposit to see a list of properties and to purchase or bid on foreclosed properties in the Texas area. I sent over my LOI and preferred zipcodes to choose from since I knew the areas very well. She promised me that my funds would be refunded to me if I did not like the properties and if no other buyers or myself contacted the original seller within 48hrs.
She never found me a property in my desired area BUT 2 WEEKS later she came up with a property that her associate sent over to me which wasn't in my desired area, so I thought that I would take a look at it. Low and behold it was a piece of dilapidated "crap" it was condemed with green and red tags all over the place. I immediately took pictures and called her associate to let her know that I was not interested and that this was an insult, knowing that my criteria of housing had been sent over to her and understood. She promised to repalce the property with one in my desired area and that it would be another couple of days, so I said ok.
She said that as long as I kept my refundabe deposit in with her she would be able to continue to get me properties. After a month later still NO properties, so I asked connie for my deposit back. Her associate by the way Tonya Sampson out of North Carolina claimed that she (Connie) submitted contracts on properties on my behalf and had to submit a form to withdraw contract and to return my deposit. Another month went by and on November 16th I said 'listen Tonya, I need my money back now'. So in her frustation she told me to just deal with Connie on my own because Connie stop answering the phone. I called Connie and kindly asked her what was going on and why didn't she get us properties as promised and she said that she had just gotten out the hospital and that my deposit had been forfieted on the first house that she sent to me back in September. I said WHAT?????? and then she hung up the phone never to answer me again. So that is why Im writing this letter in hopes that no one else send money or do business with, Connie Wolgram, M.A. aka Countess V.
