The property Manager show me a unit on 55th st in Lauderhill Fl which at first i did like so i ask why did the previous TENANT moved out she told me its because of termites and they just tinted the building which at first i was like ummm ok so i purchase a money order and made it out to what she said her company nexstar tittle however after my own investigation they had a murder 1 month ago also tons of break in ect I decided not to go through with it I defiantly do not want to raise my two little girls in such of a hood environment I told her to issue back my money of $600which the ppwk ws blank and no agreement made she call me and said its not fair so i ask what you mean by that aint like you were holding the apartment for me the building got tinted she refuse to this day to repay me only wants me to sign a$250 settlement I Call few times no answer I text no answer Im going through the court process as we speak Please beware of this croket company i suggest you look somewhere else save your time ah headache too much realtors in south fl and coral shores is not on top of the list Run Far away
