I placed an order for 3 mugs. I received 8 mugs, one with a broken handle. I was charged on my credit card for 8 mugs. I am trying to send the items back for a refund or at a min. A credit for $5388 and $79.852
For the 5 mugs that i did not order.. I have filled out the claim forms numerious times, sent a letter to the address and got on a chat with leo, with whom i described the situation and he responded, give me 2 to 3 min. And i'll get back to you. Within seconds the chat disconnected. I am 82 years old, on a fixed income and slightly depressed with this virus situation and this problem has my blood pressure sky high. Can you please help me.
