I ordered what i thought was a blanket, pictured. It was a small thin, cheap fleece square. My fault for not reading reviews and scrutinizing.
But a picture of a blanket leads me to believe that's what i am ordering. Horrible customer service. I have nothing good to say about company, customer service or product
I recieved two Pillow Cases. I thought I could change order by opting for the 30 percent off one. I am not good on the computer, as I am 75 yrs old. Please help me.
I received my order for the blanket I ordered for my Grandson from Nana but the picture certainly mis-represents the size. The picture shows the lady holding the blanket and it dragging on the floor. When I opened my package, I was quite disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the blanket is cute but not what I thought I was getting. The price of $42.95 is definitely excessive for this product.
I will never order from this site again and will advise others to not order either!
On July 5, 2019 I ordered two t-shirts for my grandchildren. After talking with my daughter & describing them to her, she told me she would not allow her kids to wear them. On July 11,2019 I sent a note to Cool Grandma Store using the link they sent me to tell me of the comformation.
On July 17,2019 I recieved an email stating that the order had shipped. Once again I sent a note using the same link they had just sent me to let them know the package woud be going back UNOPENED REFUSED AT TE DOOR !!!!
A few days later the package did arrive & I handed it back to the letter carrier UNOPENED !!!!! I have been waiting all this time for my refund! Today, I decided to reach out to them to find out what the status is. I chatted with Gary who informed me they do not do refunds...just replacements if there were something wrong with the product.
I told him (twice) that I returned it to the letter carrier unopened because my daughter would not allow the kids to where the shirts. After a half hour he finally understood me & gave me an email address which I will use to contact Cool Grandma. I thought perhaps I would shop again with them but after this I really don't think so.
Product appeared on Facebook as a textile of good size. It was pictured on a wall as a framed piece of art and also held agaist an adult person's body showing a good a large size textile Grandmother to Granddaughter art poem. The total with shipping was around 30.00.
I received a very small package today. In the package was a cheap shiny thin paper print about 11"x7" of the poem. I could have done this myself on my printer. There is no return address and no return information or no return phone number that I could find.
The address on the lable is Order Fufillment Cool Grandma Store 7800, Records St, Lawrence, IN.46226. I find this reprehensible to prey on Grandmothers. I normally do not buy off of Facebook, but this ad did not normal. I have learned my lesson.
The mug s I ordered did not arrive and the one mug they sent had a different message on it . I ordered two mugs . They will not take my complaint. And they stait that I have to send them a picture of the one mug I have, even though I have no way to do this making there scam work.
I placed an order on 5/18/20 for a daughter-in-law mug. When i checked out an extra mug was added onto the order. I tried for six hours to reach the company cool grandma store.
I could not get through by email by customer service phone number and i could not edit the order. This is the first time I order from this company. I ordered 3 mugs and I received 5 and was chrged for 5. I am trying to get an address to send the mugs that I didn't order back for a refund or at a min. credit. So far I have not been able to get the shipping back information. I will not bad mouth this company at this point. I will give them the opportunity to solve my problem. If this doesn't happen I will take matters in my own hands and it won't be good for the Coolgrandma store.

This place is a scam and seriously mispresent their productucts. Horrible customer service! they will not call you to see what the problem is when you file a claim for a return. There is only certain options on the email to send your product back, none pertained to me. They have limited options to chose from, then they decide if they will let me return it?!?!?! ordered a picture of quality, so i thought, for $27.00..It was nothing more than a $3.00 quality poster!!! then i tried to return it, no one will talk to you .. It is thru automated emails saying they do not see anything wrong with it, will send another one. I do not want another one! the quality was misrepresented terribly! finally someone responded with an email saying they do not have customer service on phones so i replied back that i just wanted my money back and i'll return this cheap poster. No reply.
I will be reporting them to the bbb as well.

This is the biggest RIP OFF and I am going to file a complaint with the attorney General office. VERY MISLEADING!! The fabric is so thin and you could not wrap a infant in the blanket. I was so excited to receive the blanket and when I did get it what a joke. PLEASE be careful on ordering from these people. I paid 50.00 for nothing. You could do better at a swap meat......

Zero stars. The description of product is not correct. It is a printed poster you could make yourself. They do not return your calls for a refund. I spend 30.00 for a piece of paper.
I ordered. They were not mounted like the picture showed. I got five posters rolled up in a small box. Ask for return labels. No response. Ask again then told they do not return them. They are supposedly made special order for me. Now i am stuck with something i will never use.

I didn't cancel it! By the looks of these reviews, I should have earlier, but every time I put in a complaint they reimbursed a percentage of the money I paid. Nothing but exasperating!
