My daughter ordered Leather High Top Converse and received canvas. The site misrepresented itself with its name, offering of free shipping and no tax. The returns and exchange tab states to contact them within three days of receiving item which I did immediateLy. The item pictured on the site was leather with a box but instead, I received shoes in a plastic bag. The response I got after notifying the company was to forward a picture as evidence, which I did. The person responding stated she would check on the mistake. I emailed again stating I needed instructions on how to receive a refund and have not heard anything else from the company. While I am more than sure i will not get a refund, I just want to public know about this company and prevent others from getting ripped off! Below is there return/ exchange policy which they do not honor.
I wish my daughter or myself had read this before hand as I would not gave ordered at all because of the poor grammar (Broken English).

If you want to return your item(s), please contact our customer service team within three days when you received them. Please provide your name and order email when contacting our customer service.
