Dealing with Consumers Kitchens and Baths was a terrible experience! I do believe that they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. After they sent a man to my home to measure my entire kitchen, we went back to the Copiague branch to have a design made. The salesman ordered the wrong cabinet to go over the refrigerator and every time I would question him about it, he was very elusive and would try to only correspond to me via email. I finally got them to order me a replacement cabinet, and it took two months and a lot of calling managers to get here. Almost everyone I have dealt with at this company has a very smug attitude, especially after you pay them all of the money. Every thing we were told was going to happen did not happen until I made some phone calls. They told me that the Granite contractor would show us 3 slabs of granite to choose from. That was a lie; he showed us one and said "here's your countertop". [continued below]....
