On March 17th, 2020 my wife and I entered into a construction agreement in which:
· The kitchen and bathroom flooring would be installed with vinyl flooring tiles
· The main floor would be installed with vinyl hardware
· The upper floor would be installed with vinyl hardware
· All flooring would be levelled with baseboard installation
· The kitchen would be renovated (including new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, sink, faucet, plumbing, electric work and new fridge)
· New windows and doors (8 windows and 4 doors replacement)
· Bathroom glass door removal and installation of shower cover
The amount of 31,0500$ was forwarded to you March 20, 2020 and as of today’s date, there has been no renovations. The last individual to measure windows was Mario at 647-463-7984 in June 2020, who informed us that the windows would take four weeks to be ordered.
It is September 2020, and we have not received the windows or any explanation as to why there is another delay. We have not received any communication from your company, and every time we contact you, we are connected to your voicemail with no call back or are told that in two weeks the work will be completed.
Accordingly, we demand that the construction contract dated March 17th, 2020 be completed within the 60 business days. Your failure to complete the construction contract by November 17, 2020 will result in legal action against your company without further notice.
