This is a terrible company to do business with. We had the unfortunate experience of doing business with them and I'd say that we regret it for sure. They purposely went out of their way to make sure that we had a horrible experience.
This company is run by a mother and father and several kids. They are all CRAZY
I was initially contacted by the son, Andrew Briggs. He said that they were with Voipo and they were very dissatisfied and were having terrible phone service and wanted to switch to our company. I stayed late into the evening to help them and even went way out of my way to help them program all of their phones, which was something we never do. I thought that they were in a crisis and needed help, so I helped them like I would if I needed help. I also gave them a crazy low price since they were such a small business.
Ultimately, they were very cheap and refused to get a quality internet connection and kept using a shared cable product which is terrible for phone service. They kept blaming us every time they had phone issues, and it was never our fault.
I kept telling them to get a better internet that would actually work but they were too cheap. Eventually, they had phone issues and decided to go all over the internet filing complaints against us, even filed an attorney general complaint as if we were some sort of scam. We cut ties with them and still they are a pain.
I learned a valuable lesson to never do business with these tiny companies because they are never satisfied no matter how much you try to help them.
