We were hired by CCI back in December 2019 to assist in Marketing their REG D 506(c) raise. We agreed to a $20k cost of service. They paid a $5,000 retainer to get started. All went well. However, for the following 3 months we had to put their account (and marketing) on hold 3 times until they paid. They were contracted to receive (among other things) 30 hours of consultants time. They recieved over 50 hours!
Web provided all the services and a whole lot more as per our contractual oblications and Statement of Work and ended up over $3k out of pocket because of this loser! Bsed on non-payment we terminated the agreement (see attached screenshots)
Anthony Barbato is dishonest and should not be in a position as a CEO of any company. He lies to service providers, investors and potential investors. So much so, that we filed an official report with the SEC about his conduct.
Anthony Barbato at 23 years old has much to learn about business, does not listen to advice and has zero integrity.
