I ordered supposedly .99% silver medallions . I got suspicious when it took longer to arrive than I thought it should. Then I tracked it to a foreign country. When they arrived I had them tested and they were not silver. I looked on site for return policy and they only listed sending returns to an email. I knew then I had been ripped off. I emailed over six times and have received no reply.
I have reported the fraud to my bank and they are supposedly investigating. When I got out the package today, I noticed the address of : 114 Melrich Road Cranbury NJ 08512. When searching that address I came across your service.
I have also reported to the BBB. I would gladly return for a refund if given the opportunity, but these fraudulent things aren't worth anything.
