I trusted her we drove in her car from New Haven to Connecticut Secretary of State office in Hartford where we file a new LLC called 15 Mafre LLC (Yes I have a copy of our signed filing form and check made out to Connecticut Secretary of State for the filing.
We took title to the property after a 5 month Federal Court case filed because the seller allowed the property to not remained locked or secure that allowed local kids to break in and cause damages to the house.Frances DeMaio told me that her husband who is in his late 70's would give us guideness on replacing or repairing Drywall damage. Well Frances DeMaio husband wanted to run all the repairs and cut corners that included doing many things without permits and closing off doorways making the home unsafe in the event of a fire.
Frances DeMaio and her husband seemed very shady, untrustworthy, suspicious, of questionable intent in their actions. So I look up our filed company to find out Frances DeMaio removed me off my own company and replaced my name with her husbands name without my knowledge or authorization. I filed a Federal Court case and Lis Pendens against the property to protect my 50% ownership in the property 15 Mafre Drive, Guilford, CT 06437.
I reported Frances DeMaio to the Connecticut Department of Real Estate who told me they will get back to me within 12 months. I did not know where to turn Frances DeMaio has ripped me off for over $112,000.00 by using her Connecticut Real Estate Brokers License and I have 12 months of documentation with 11 witnesses.
