I received a call from 201-590-7550 about my condo and said his name was Michael Brown from Re/Max Realtors and wanted to meet up with me to look at my condo that for sale. Asked me questions and I actually believed that it was a realtor. In actuality, it was an imposter pretending to be Michael Brown. I'm glad that I brought a friend with me and no one showed up. I did some research on the number and found out that it's called Top Dollar Properties and its not Re/Max Properties. I even contacted Michael Brown from Re/Max Realtors that Top Dollar Properties is using his name and business. I was told that there are alot of similar names disguised out there which I noticed too upon conducting my research. This is a lesson learned and I will be more careful and not accept calls like this again. Its best left to my agent who is skilled in the Real Estate field and aware of imposters and scammers out there.

Ok...so I'm one of those fools that bought into Pin5. It is totally useless, beyond teaching an expensive lesson. Much of their data is wrong - skip trace information are dead end for every lead searched. I was searching pre-foreclosures, vacant listings and zombie properties. What is found in their pre-foreclosure list is between 4 months to a year behind. What good is a pre-foreclosure listing if the home was sold nine months ago and has since been rehabbed and resold on the MLS? It was the same no matter what type of data I was looking at. These homes were sold months ago. A total waste of my time and hard earned money. My advice would be to walk on and pretend you never heard of them.

They also only offer a 3 day refund period for a program that costs $1497 with a monthly recurring cost of $97. That is not adequate for anyone to none able to ascertain how many inaccuracies are present. I have been checking their data against the local government data and other skip trace avenues, only to find it is all too old or incorrect to be of any use. That’s like selling a block of cheese that is nothing but mold inside the wax.

I have emailed CI about their data only to receive canned response from their zendesk about all their free supports. It’s not helpful at all. I’ve yet to speak with a human. They sold me a bill of goods; nothing but talk and junk data.

Ross Hamilton employs the usual Used-Car Salesman hype in his Sales-Videos to Falsely claim his Software will Quickly find you Fresh Real Estate deals at [30-40 cents on the dollar ] ! which is a Blatant LIE !!

He promised his Software was the Best ever and consistently produced DEEPLY DISCOUNTED deals!

All of that is a STACK OF LIES ! ! !

I paid $1,497 for access to his [Pinpoint Profits] Software Search program to get the [Phone No & Email Address] of the owners of Deeply Discounted R.E. properties.

RESULT: I was NOT able to get the Search Engine to work properly the first 5 days! = Major Frustration !

I sent 2 emails a day to Support Staff. they ONLY answer the next day, when they do. They made up 'Excuses' for its not working right. Finally, one of them admitted the [Searches for Florida were NOT working right]. she sent the problem to their tech guys. [Did not work for another 2 days].

The Hot Deals his Search Engine Pulled Up were [4-5 years OLD] off Craigslist! They were NOT Fresh R.E. deals.

His lousy Search Engine Failed to Pull Up the [Phone No & Email Address] of property owners, as he promised it would. it frequently said: "NO Information Available"

Ross Hamilton is one of the BIGGEST INTERNET FRAUD ARTISTS on the Web!! He PREYS on Senior Citizens!

He is Refusing Refund of my $1,497 on my Discover Card. I'm forced to spend [Days of my Life] typing every Valid Complaint Form I can Find on his Blattantly criminal Enterprise !!

I purchased their NEW one of a kind PiN system for $1497. (alot of money for anyone) This system claimed to provide upto date data on zombie houses, vacant houses, forclosures and so on. What i found was data on properties that were so outdated that the property had already being bought by an investor, renovated and sold.

it was about 1 year old data. I found many of these examples. also i found that the online system was slow to operate and difficult to manuver. Additional, what they dont tell you is that this is a beta rollout that is incomplete. Several of the modules are not working. They keep promising that they will be coming soon but honestly i did not pay $1497 to have a half of system working and modules to be coming soon.

This is a total waste of money and time. Let me warm you about the biggest issue. They only give you a 3 day refund policy. Which means that you do not have enough time to use the PiN system to realize that it is no good. it ake about 2 to 4 weeks to really figure out how to use it and to understand what you are getting.

The only reason i am able to find this bad data is because i use other system to cross check their data. i use true public records, MLS system and a few skip trace system. so i can see they the info is bad and outdata. For the normal or unseason real estate investor, it would take a while to realize this. But remember that they only give you 3 days. There is a good reason why they do this. They need to keep you hostaged with them so that you dont run away. Any honest company that stands behind their product would give you a fair trial period. So everone know, i also file a complaint with BBB. so check that out as well.

Do Not Buy Anything from this company. Save your time and money.

They will refund to refund any money to you no matter what the issue.

a few more facts about my situation. I got a call from a manager at from the company. They were begging and pleding to remove my complaint with BBB

Do fall for this, once you remove it you cannot reopen the case. They tried to trick me into removing for now while a gave the system more time.

I told them that unless the data became update and verified this would not change.

My opinion of this Connected investors and their systems is quite simple. They are not what they represent them to be. The systems are not upto date and no so useful as they claim. For a novice real estate investor that is just learning and trying to figure it out. maybe it would give them a first step but i thing there are much better stsytem out there. public records is a great start and will only cost you about 35 a month. So dont waste your money or time.

look at there competitors, they will give you a 30 day trial period and they are much better

Dont fall for their fansy videos and emails. Take my advise .....run the other way

Connected Investors/Ross Hamilton sent me a video marketing his new PIN software program where you pay 3 installments of $597 I started January 24, 2022 plus another payment of $485 for what Craig said was for a software. In Ross Hamilton video he stated you can cancel at anytime no questions asked; after I notice I wasn't getting the support I needed because navigating through the website wasn't user friendly I decided to cancel.

I contacted this guy by the name of Junior via text (I later found out he used his real name in the email which was Bert but used Junior in his text). I advised him I wanted to cancel he stated there are no refunds, I asked for a guy by the name of Craig that one of the customer support guys gave me, he text back "Craig?" Then I asked for the CEO Ross Hamilton's telephone number and email, he text back I don't text or email him.

I found their information on the BBB website with 60 other complaints with the same complaints as mine. I sent "Junior" that "I found their information and that I would take it from here, thanks" he replied "glad to assist." So, I complained on BBB that's when Craig called to try to get me to stay with Ci; I refused and stated I wanted my money back he said sorry I can't do that. In total they owe me $1,080. $597 + $485.

His reason for not refunding me is that I'd signed up for a 7 day trial and I was past that time frame THAT'S THE SCAM! I did not sign up for the 7 day trial because as I stated above, the video I watched Ross Hamilton said nothing about a 7 day trial but instead stated about the money back gaurantee with no questions asked. So, they switch it up on you like we're idiots. So, people beware. I paid $1,080 for less than a month and have nothing to show for it.

In October of 2021 I purchased Connected Investor's Pin software. I thought I was making a one time investment of $597. My fault for not reading my receipt thoroughly.

I messaged the company in November after my account was overdrawn and 'spoke' with a Jennifer who indicated I signed an agreement to pay in 3 installments and there was nothing they could do.

In the Interim Connected Investors updated the Pin software to Pin Plus. They wanted everyone to pay an additional 1500 or more to upgade. I could not afford to upgrade as I just purchased the original software the month before and I was in the midst of clearing up my bank issues of being overdrawn, couldn't pay my bills, and being faced with yet another $597 deductions coming out in December.

However, on my receipt it indicates I purchased Pin Plus for $2497.00 of which a $1000.00 webinar discount was deducted along with 3 Months of Pin data.

I contracted COVID and could not do anything with the original Pin because I was sick. Just tried to go into the Pin I purchased and was still paying on, last week only to discover I can't get into my workroom to access any of the prospective deals I was working on unless I upgrade to PinPlus for an additional 1500 dollars.

But my receipt indicates I'm paying for PIN Plus already. So why am I locked out? And why are they asking for yet more money???

So now I'm screwed. I can't use Pin that I have paid $1800 for unless I spend yet another $1500 to upgrade all of this in a two month span as if everytime I fart I blow out hundred dollar bills. My account is again overdrawn. I'm on a fixed income so this is devasting to me.

This company says they are all about helping and supporting you to help you be successful. Does this sound like they are being helpful???

Do I have any recourse? Can somebody help me please?

Glad I stayed away!

I'm glad I looked into this after thinking about getting into this. I started to get suspicious once I was asking questions and wasnt getting answers. After I saw the add and listened to it, I got an email from someone named Devon(It was an automated email). Without knowing first, I replied, it was asking how the add was and what I thought, and it was so convincing using smooth talk to make you think these people are there for you(obviously from these reviews, their not.) I also asked a question about the funding since there really wasnt anything talked about for it. I waited, no response, so the next day I call the company to ask and the first person I get, transfers me to someone else, I ask this person, and they also transfer me to someone else, what do you know! I get transferred to Devon! The same one that i got that email from, and isnt it ironic that it went straight to voicemail? So i left a voicemail asking the same thing. Still no answer! Now I'm still getting these automated emails from these so called employees, but they cant actually email back answering my questions? That's fishy. That was a big red flag that made me look at reviews from others. These people are only out for themselves. Only what you can do for them. Smooth talking at its best. Just read this here.

This has been the biggest waste of my time and money buying into Connected Investors' PinPoint Profits. The information that I've come up with is WRONG, out-of-date, and missing many details besides not including hundreds of records in the first place. I think I regret this purchase more than anything I've ever done in real estate and I've been in it for over 20 years in various capacities.

I've been comparing their information with other long-standing sites and see just how deficient they are. Connected Investors (Ci) claims to have updated information with skip tracing. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE LIE! Everytime I search for someone, there's no information. Their little search wheels go round and round and end up with nothing--AGAIN! AND what they note about ARV and equity is usually also wrong. I've even seen reports where they are wrong about the ownership and amount paid for the property. You will not contact many people at all if you rely on this information, because THEY IS NONE!!!

I concentrate on pre-foreclosures in North Carolina. When I just/today searched "Raleigh, NC + pre-foreclosures," it gave me a whopping 15, yes only fifteen results while RealtyTrac brought up nearly two hundred (200) results. What's wrong with this. I'm so disappointed over joining these scammers. Also, they keep insisting that they're part of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) but they are not --according to the BBB themselves they are not affiliated with Connected Investors. I do not see any benefit in being associated with CONNECTED INVESTORS either!

Connected Investors rips people off! Their program worked for the first 3 days to suck me in and then after that, it never worked correctly. Numerous calls and emails and no one would actually fix the problem.

No Refund and No New Clients. Save Your Money! Do Not fall for the Connected Investors Scam!

He tied up a piece of property. He said he made the earnest money deposit. But, he never did. After over a month, he asked for it again and kept making excuses.

The flood, the bank, his accoutant and his lawyer. You never hear from any of these people, just him. Do not trust this person.

  • May 8, 2019

Run the other way, you can’t get through to reviews because connected claims has purchased the first few pages of google searches. All reviews come from sites sponsored by them. I fell into the trap paid the $1497 and 5 days later after many searches and cross checks I realized that the information is terrible. I ran across at least 30 properties that did not have accurate information.

Multiply that by the US and you get the picture. Skip tracing was not delivered as they claim. According to the reviews I have read here, they lie in the webinar and the terms is where they stick it to you. 3 days is nowhere near enough time to get an accurate assessment of a program.

Fortunately my bank cares about customer satisfaction because they surely do not. I was promised a product and the product was not delivered. I will also be filing a BBB report.

Disclosure: I am a whole sale investor in Connected Investors Part I Here's the skinny. I will give to you in two parts. Part 1 - I have invested in Real Estate Riches 2018, Really Flip and Pen Point Profit and Deal Dog. Near $3,000. I've been working with the apps for a few month now. It is true the apps are very suspect. For example, their Real Estate Riches says in their webinar, " Digital Mentor = *A Guidance Every Step of the way on your terms. *Comes with 3 live classes a week. *An app connected directly with your teacher. *Email and phone support. *Live calls directly with lenders. There is no such thing as "Live Phone Support" as you and I know it to be, i.e. you call and you get a live person on the phone who will solve your problems. I have been with them for months and never even got a customer service person. If you email technical support, they will respond to your questions regarding glitches in the app or the system and they are very prompt in their assistance for that. But when you ask any probing question regarding apps that are not what they were sold to be. You won't get a response from anyone. If you care to know exactly what my experiences were in dealing with their so call "Live Support" Read Part 2 in this email conversation going back and forth and determine for yourself if the answers were adequate and draw your on conclusions. But before you do, I will say this. Ross Hamilton's effort to take real estate investing into the technological age is at it's pioneering stage at best. I can understand why there would be a lot of unanswered glitches moving forward. Connected Investors truly is one of the most important movements of this new "Share Economy age we are moving into. So I would not throw the baby out with the bath water. The baby, being Connected Investor's vision is pure and innocent. The baby I give 2 stars for it's innovation and playing a part of disruption of the current real estate paradigm. There are enough people in CI who are having great success. The bathwater is the non-forthcoming, non-forthright way in which the handle their customers - they just won't respond. And once your money is in their coffers, past the legal refund period, they don't have to. And the fact that their webinars paint a picture of their apps to be a state of the arts diesel engine train, but turns out to be a one horse stage coach - unfortunately those Government agencies who regulate business practices will allow a modicum of deception in advertisements. Much like the FDA will allow additives and chemicals void of nutrition in your food. Everybody is feasting off the masses. Welcome to capitalism. CI is not a scam, because there is opportunity in the maze. People are making good money as we speak with the networking and private investors, which is their flagship product Now, you can read my questions and how they respond you will learn what could possibly, no doubt a scam, that no government regulator will abide by. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Part 2 Greetings Doug I really enjoy your presentations and authentic delivery on the webinars. I have had this problem for some time now and have written numerous emails to tech, specifically to Matt and Kayleigh regarding the issue of missing apps in my packages. Today, as I searched for the videos that spoke of the apps, I found a youtube video of your webinar discussing how to contact you if we had any issues regarding apps. I purchased Real Estate Riches 2018, Really Flip and Pin Point Profit. In the Real Estate Riches 2018, I'm missing the following apps: 1. Digital Mentor: This app purported in webinar to include (a) "Guidance every step of the way on your terms" (b) "Comes with 3 live classes a week" (c) "An app connected directly with your teacher" (d) "Email and Live Phone support" and (e) "Connected Investors Institute" (f) "Live training or coaching sessions" (g) "Live calls directly with lenders." I quoted these features just as they were stated in the webinar. I also attached the photo stills of the webinar to show these features being presented. I also discovered I am also missing the Insurance app and the attorney app advertised in one your webinars. The Attorney app is an app for contacting real estate closing attorney's all over the country. You two also spoke about an "Insurance app" so that property's that are on hold or for fix and flip can be insured in any State you make your deal. I cannot find the video that spoke about these apps. However, you were with him in the webinar when he spoke of these apps. Do you recall this webinar? Doug, I found the aforementioned to be exciting features and apps, since I am a novice in Real Estate with a learning curve as wide as the US itself. I was particularly sold on the"Live phone support"and "Digital mentor" features. Because I knew I was out of my element. How can I get these apps added to my package. I need these missing apps if I am to close deals anywhere in the United States and put myself in the position to be successful. My name is Gregory-Dean Smith aka Brother NorthStar. My email associated with my account is: [email protected] I have written to Matt and Kayleigh regarding this issue several times but no avail. But I am a squeaky wheel that intends to get the oil. Thank you ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Connected Investors) May 29, 15:41 EDT Hi Gregory Dean, (a) "Guidance every step of the way on your terms" - aka Digital Mentor - this is the Pro Support forum inside CI which is only for Pro Members (b) "Comes with 3 live classes a week" - The fast start trainings that are available and live each week. you can sign up for them here-PPP, Really Flip (c) "An app connected directly with your teacher" - This is also the Pro Support forum. Doug is in that forum and responds to questions regarding your questions (e) "Connected Investors Institute" - Education and training tools found under Data Table inside PPP (f) "Live training or coaching sessions" - same as (b) (g) "Live calls directly with lenders." - Fast Funding application built inside PinPoint Profits app Let me know if you have any other questions. -Kayleigh ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- to Connected, dmaners Thank you Kayleigh for your clear and concise response. I do have the Pro Support app in my app module. Questions: Does that qualify me as a member? Or is there another cost for me to join? Also Items (a) aka pro support forum does not constitute having your own digital mentor as discussed in the seminar. If it does it is very misleading. (d) Email and Live phone support. It is very clear who to email for technical support. But it has never been made clear who to email for guiding support; and there is definitely no such thing as Live phone support in CI. The greatest selling point of the webinar (for people new to real estate) is that you are paying to individual guidance, i.e a 1 on 1 mentor via digital, email or live phone support...not a forum. Two separate things. Lastly, you say there is no such thing as the Attorney app, however, I am not the only one in CI community who viewed a webinar celebrating the Attorney app and the Insurance app and wondering where these illusive apps are. This is the one benefit I did get from the forum. It is far easier for someone to admit that these apps are not ready and may have been revealed too early than to deny they exist. Please do not misunderstand my query. I do not blame you nor am I accusing CI of deliberate deceit. I believe these to be oversights that should be cleaned up before the ship hits rough waters. But these are legitimate questions that deserve some very legitimate answers, not a throw away line that don't exist. We know what we saw and we are not crazy people with this fertile imaginations. I don't care how much money I make working with CI, I won't rest until I get satisfactory answers to these questions. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Connected Investors) May 30, 00:11 EDT Gregory- Dean, If you have the Pro Support app that means you are a member. The Pro Support along with the live training videos we offer constitute the digital mentor. You can email us here at =======for guiding support, but truly the Pro forum is the best place to go for that because you can get knowledge from a variety of people with experience specifically in what you are going through. That way you can get a multitude of opinions and feedback. Can you please send me the webinar in which you saw the reference to the insurance and/or attorney app? I have a list of all of the apps we have ever created and are in the process of being made and that description does not match any of them as far as I can tell. I would love to look into it further for you. -Kayleigh ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Thank you Kayleigh I am in the process of searching for that webinar now. Doug invites us all to contact him about any apps we have questions about and he will help. Since I have not heard back from Doug on this matter, or better stated, if I do not hear back from Doug on the matter he says he will and can help with, then I will have to assume that Doug and Ross has since removed the video and would not like to remember that it exists. I did not see this presentation on a formal webinar. I saw this video on youtube presented by Ross and Doug enthusiastically celebrating these apps. I, too, became emotionally high on the possibilities these apps represent. However, I was not the only one to have seen this and will find other's in the forum, facebook or google. Itt will not be hard to find people who has not only seen it, but may have downloaded them like I have many of their webinar videos replayed on youtube. I really like and enjoy Ross and Doug and believe in both of their authentic presentations. Both make you feel as though you are apart of something that is of service to the greater good. Nonetheless, I, too, will continue to look further into the mysterious disappearance of this webinar as well. The peekaboo life of any presentation dangling apps and features that don't exist is enough to rake in millions of dollars from the unassuming masses. Should my questions have me removed from the forum or CI, then I will know for sure who and what I am dealing. Entities that don't like probing questions have much to hide. Be that as it may, the truth will not be denied. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Connected Investors) May 31, 12:52 EDT Hi, You have every app that we offer activated on your account. We have no other active products that we offer. There is nothing else I can activate for you on your account because you have it all. -Kayleigh ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- to Connected Thank you Kayleigh When I find the video or those who have seen the video and has it; and if I have to pass that and these emails on to the proper authorities they will agree that the activation of the apps in my account has not been the concern or the discussion of these emails. I appreciate your responses if for nothing else but that. This email discussion is over. You said you would look further into into. I doubt that. But I will and you can trust that. If I find anything damning, the next contact CI receives about this won't be from me. Thank you for your time.

They suspended my account a few days ago. I called them to inquire as to why. The lady could not help me. But, she took my name and contact number. She did give her opinion, upon my asking, as to what may have occurred. She said that they implemented a new system , and it may have detected something in my account. I asked the female representative if they give second chances, and she enthusiastically responded: "Oh yeah". Her demeanor verbally gave the impression that they would take care of this matter and that it happens all the time. I sent two, separate emails to them requesting reinstatement, after watching a video of the owner, Ross Hamilton, who said not to worry, they are cleaning up their page to remove scammers and yada yada. No one has ever gotten back to me, not one returned phone call, no email response, no text....nothing. I have never had an account suspended and I simply would like to know why, but they have blown me off. It comes off as standoffish, tired, tacky, tasteless and unprofessional.

Failed to provide a refund after a seminar on Really Flip software. A price of $297 was paid but I did not like the system and promptly asked for a refund, that it was not for me at this time. Other than a response telling me this is only a website building, The only other response I get is an automatic email response. No one is answering.

charge me twice every month for Deal Dog Service. 3 times they promise return money to me and not did it. When I call to them they not answered to me.

  • May 1, 2017

Ross Hamilton, the CEO of Connected Investors is a blunt liar. Recently he launched a free webinar called Really Flip claimed to provide investors with motivated seller leads without spending market and advertising dollars on his website - Connected Investors.

He claimed his website provided all-in-one service for real estate investors looking for seller leads and cash buyers. I heard him saying in his webinar that he provided 100% satisfaction guarantee and that after the 30 days you will be charged for about $37 per month, to continue using his service.

He claimed his feature Deal Dog provides motivated seller leads from various websites which are private sellers, shadow inventory from banks and many more.

It sounds too good to be true it is. I paid for $297 to test his service. On date 4th I opened up his website and checked out the Deal Dog feature, and found 99.95% of listings are from Craiglist's, the remaining from auction.com, a few from his own site.

Craiglist listings are entirely free in the market place, why would someone pay for $297 and $37 per month to just get a pretty looking layout on his site? Just the idea is madness. Of course he said everything to sound perfect to investors in his webinar.

Upon checking out I immediately reached out to customer service to request the cancellation of service and requested a refund of $297. I got a reply saying the company offers a 3-day satisfaction guarantee, mine was on date 4th, no refund will be given.

If everything Ross said was true why would he offers a 3-day guarantee instead of a 30 days standard guarantee? I never have heard him saying it was only 3 days or I would never have subscribed, it's lemon from the start! This way he deceives my payment of $297 for nothing. Ross Hamilton is a blunt liar, as good as a scanmer, buyers beware!

I need some honest assistance

I am in desperate need of a 5K unsecured personal loan. I placed some ads and have received several responses from private lenders on this site. They all offer the same thing. 7% interest over 24 months. I have to pay roughly $400 upfront to insure the loan. They sound legit, but are they? Will I receive their money or will they simply just take mine? I have a very thin credit file since my home is owner/finance and I paid off my car over three years ago. I don't borrow unless I absolutely have no other choice. Can anyone on this site let me know? I'm a very safe bet for paying it back. They probably don't get any safe than me.

  • Apr 12, 2017

I registered for deal dog web based software from connected investors. It was supposed to show real estate for sale on a map, and then have lilstings of each property for sale lower on the screen. The software never displayed the map or the listings. I contacted the company on their PM system. They responed that they would "look into it." this was from a Matt Ondish. After hearing nothing for several days, I contacted them again via email at [email protected] and asked for a refund. I received an email from Matt Ondish saying I had never contacted them and that I only had 3 days to request a refund. I replied to the email and send the records of my first request and his first response, "We'll look into it." Now they don't respond, so I have initiated a chargeback through my credit card. Beware!

We have had phone calls from at least 4 would be real estate investors who signed up with Connected Investors which is an online platform for real estate investors to connect. These people who called my firm were contacted by fraudsters posing as our reputable Real Estate Brokerage in Las Vegas, to attempt to get their personal financial informatin and up front "loan fees." The fraudsters/scammers open fake email accounts (gmail, yahoo and outlook) using our company name and send emails to people directing them to an outdated secretary of state listing for our company so that they "appear legitimate."

Connected Investors is somehow allowing their members to be contacted by these fraudsters and don't seem to have a vetting process to weed out real lenders and false lenders.

We have contacted our local police, reported these people to the various email providers as well as the FBI's internet fraud division.

I have attempted to reach Connected Investors and no one calls me back.

Who are some of the bad ones? I am needing an unsecured 5K personal loan and have been contacted by several private lenders from this site. They all offer a 7% loan, and I must pay a small fee upfront for loan insurance. I'm not certain what I should do and who I should trust but I am really hurting for the cash.

I saw a promotional video http://www.reicartoon.com/ which looked very promising for a Real Estate Investor using hand drawing over voice videos. Promo said they spent $25,000 dollars making and producing the videos you'd receive, that in and of itself should have been a precursor warning of the pending fraud. Subsequent checking on Fiverr shows an average cost of less than $100 per fully custom videos with your own text including logos and contact info.

I reviewed the Promo and the Promo purported to be selling premade and fully customizable videos to be used in the Real Estate business. There were several video examples shown from the 9 categories of what you'd receive. What keened my interest was the Videos for Motivated Sellers package including the fact that I could customized each video with my logo and contact info.

Upon receipt of the videos I was floored to find out there was only 1 video per category, oh there was 4 links in each category but the videos was exactly the same in terms of content spoken and drawings. The only difference was one was “shown” as a desk top computer view another thru a drive in screen view, but again only the view was different, the video content was exactly the same.

When I emailed [email protected] about the lack of different videos Matt Ondish responded saying that I received the entire program. I then contacted Matt Ondish again about how to customize the videos in their site as I could not find any links or instructions in the platform. The Promo was specific about how easy I’d be able to customize each video. Matt Ondish's response back was that I would now have to take the videos to someone who does video production to customize the video's I just purchased that were supposedly fully customizable in their platform. Matt Ondish suggested I go to Fiverr.com and pay to have someone customize the "fully customizable videos" I just purchased!

I then emailed Matt Ondish asking for a refund because the product I received was not what was purported in the Promo nor what I understood I'd be receiving. Matt Ondish quickly responded citing some paragraph in the terms saying how can I return a digital product, therefore he denied any refunds. All of the above emails happened within 10 mins of me receiving access to the videos, I knew right away I had been taken advantage of. I advised then Matt Ondish that I would be contacting my credit card company and he could find my experience with Connected Investors on the internet, I’ve not heard back.

Be fore warned that Connected Investors uses very fancy and sophisticated Promos to lure you in to take your hard earned dollars using trick language and have spoken truths to misguide you into thinking other than what is really shown, Connected Investors apparently has no concern for its customers or the products they sell to honest unsuspecting good people only about the money that can fleece from you.

These two wannabe investors send emails their list inviting them to thier live webinar about real estate investing.

The webinars are not live so no one responds to any questions...nor will they after because they are clueless.

They re-broadcast these webinars twice nightly numerous times a week & make a lot of money for the owners & themselves from the course they are PITCHING.

These two are all about the money.

They don't respond to questions...most likely unless you purchase the course.

Bogus!!
