I was have been trading with Conn's for the past 8 years ( Was trading) due to having to miss a pament and using money orders to make my payments. I am getting haressing phon calls from 423 500 2134 ( Conn's) this as been going on now 6 months in the 8 years that I have been trading with them I only missed 1 payment and only late 1 time the one who called today was demaning that I make a payment and very rude. I can see if I had missed more than 1 payment But I send my payments in on the first when I get my check she was also demaning that I give her my bank card no. witch I told her I send money orders ( The payment is due on the 9th and I send the money order on the first of each month) When I was a few days late they called my phone about 10 times a day when I turned my phone off they turned around and called my girlfriend. Also they have a lot of people giving them bad revews that I feel that you should look at. Also is there a way that places like this can be closed down?

I purchased many thousands of product from this company before discovering their very deceptive practice of not informing me, their customer of a 14 day return policy. You have to wade through a lot of fine print before you realize it or return something after their short window of 14 days.

I have never experienced this short of return policy especially one that is do hidden. I will make all my future purchase from Walmart or Best Buy where it is customary to return anything within 30 days. Watch out for their sales tactics as well as they will up sell you to items you do not need Upsold to items I did not need.

On 04/04/2018, I acquired a debt consolidation loan to pay off my Conn's account and other debts. I was told by the loan company that they were required to write the check to Conn's based on the balance that showed on my credit report - which was $1,893.00. However, the credit report did not reflect the last two payments I'd made to Conn's. The actual amount I owed Conn's on 4/4/18 was $1,682.54. I was told my the clerk who took my payment that a refund of $210.46 would be issued in 7-10 days. Today is 5/18/2018. It's been kover 6 weeks (43 days) since my Conn's account was paid off and I still have not received the $210.46 refund. I've called Conn's several times, but all I ever get is excuses from them. I talked to Conn's again today and was told that a new refund request would be resubmitted. This is the 3rd time I've been told this.

Additionally, when I bought the TV last year, the sales person told me I'd need to purchase an $89 HDMI Monster cable, otherwise the TV would not work. The cable was not needed. When I tried to return the cable for a refund, they refused to take it back and credit my account. I've been stuck with an $89 cable that I never needed and never used.
