This all started with an ad from prime patriot. Sent credit card info to prime patriot for a free flag for $ 6.95 shipping. 8 weeks later, got flag but i was charged $ 19.97. Repeatedly charged for 5 months after and nothing wanted or received.
No one answers phone. I got a new phone # off of my atm card account. Called it, woman with strong southern accent answered and reported she works for a phone exchange for several businesses. Explained the situation and she asked for my name stating she could look into account. Put on hold, then she came back and said she couldn't get into account. Working for a "phone exchange" and has access to accounts? Highly doubted. Informed her i will get law enforcement involved for federal wire fraud charges.
Short time later received a call from a guy claiming to be curtis williams. Explained situation and that i wanted a refund, but that another outscam said no bank would cash a check from them. I simply told him i was documenting and contacting the fbi.
He said he'd have to contact finance dept. To get refund going. I Much) later received emails refunding entire amount. It was accepted by my bank. Thus i was given back all of my money.
However, it was not an easy process. During which time between refund phone conversation and actual refund, i received an envelope from cause-central, went to post office and did tracking and required signature through post off. Later, got notice from post office, on my door, that another envelope came and it required me to sign for receipt. I wasn't home and the post office notification stated they would keep the envelope 14 days and return it to confederate ss.
Keep in mind, this all started by me contacting prime patriot for a free flag and being charged by the other companies.
I don't even remember visiting their site, confederatesuperstore.com. I get my bank statement and try to balance my checkbook and a charge comes up from their site for $29.96. What product did I get, nothing!
I ordered and paid for a Blue Lives Matter flag last winter. After receiving the flag I have been charged $19.97 per month by this company. They do nort respond to phone calls or e-mail. My bank blocked them as Confederate Superstore but couldn't stop the already processing payment. This month they charged me $19.97 again as Vision Marketing. My bank can't stop this payment either.
I authorized a one time charge for a one time product ordered online and this company continued to bill my credit card for 19.97 a month as a standard subscription purchase that I did not authorize.
I first clicked on an add that showed up on facebook offering an official blue stripe flag to support the police officers for free, just pay the shipping costs. So I did and I used my debit card. It seemed to take forever for the flag to come in to my home. I just about gave up on the flag and well there it was in the mailbox on about the sixth week after I ordered it.
Now beginning on May 24, there was a transaction in my bank account to Confederate Superstore for the amount of 19.97 so I thought well I must have ordered something I don't remember ordering. Then on today there was a second charge just a week later to the same company Confederate Superstore for the amount of 19.97 so I took the phone number that was at the end of the transaction on the online statement and called it, well it had a message that just said "Leave a message" So I did.
I also reported it to my bank, letting them know that I did not make those two purchases and wanted to dispute them, well now I am here without a debit card on an account that I do not write checks on, I only use my debit card but I am inconvenienced to wait 7 to 10 days to get a new Debit Card because someone whom I trusted with a transaction was not an
honest person and decided to scam me for as long as they could but I caught them after 2 weeks, so they didn't get much from me.
So people out there I know your gonna use your cards online, cause I am still gonna use mine but please be safe, be careful, or get some of the fraud protection that is available out there like lifelock or something, because for just 40.00 they can create such a pain and reek havok in your life. Tie up your money and just agrivate the living hell out of you., And they are probably sitting back having a cold one laughing thier tushes off.
They have been charging my debit card without my knowledge. The amount of $19.97 has been charged for 3 months! Possibly more! I want these charges put back on my card immediately! I have never ordered from this company and will be contacting a lawyer!

I was charged twice within 2 weeks by this company. The first time was ok, not the second time.
