I have been a faithful customer to Conexa internet for a year. All of a sudden, they shut my services off. I'm thinking it's because I missed my payment. I call, then I'm sent straight to voicemail to leave a message, which I have now for 3 days straight. Still hadn't heard back. Last night I created an account online and made a payment thinking that would have my services back on, nope, nothing still. I called the AT&T number on my screen like it said to do, and they can't help me either. So I am short $80 and all I have is a blinking red broadband modem that doesn't work. And nobody to help me. Nobody answers the phone there, returns emails or text messages. I am furious! What a rip off!
This company after 6 months of being a loyal company has ripped me off.This is an internet service that said they would never cut my service even though they use At&T U-verse lineThis company decided today to cut my service becuase they stated that AT&T had completely deleted all of their customers accounts.
This company told me today that they had been doing this for over four months.They first tell me they dont know how long AT&T had been cutting their customers and that they didnt care about their customers anymore.When I asked them for a manager they told me they had no Manager in this company.
After I told them I would report them they laughed and said it doesnt bother them any They rudely hung up on me three time
I told them I would keep calling until I got the answers I was looking for
They finally said if I ever called them back they would call the authorities on m
THIS COMPANY IS VERY FALSE AND BOGUS. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. THEY WILL CUT YOUR SERVICE WITHOUT WARNING AND THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS ON YOU
Sounds like an excellent deal. Pre-paid WiFi, without tv or phone service. But.. 14 days after paying, the installation hasn't happened. The SECOND installation appointment. Both missed by Conexa,while I re arranged my day to be here.
