I'll make this quick, I bought some Pure Lye from this website thinking they would give me the product. It's been well over a week since it should have been here and still no sign of the Pure Lye Bottle I wanted to clear a blocked pipe. I contacted their customer service 4 times and got no responses. I tried contacting an alternate email vendor of their company listed on the digital receipt and they also never responded.
No refund, no response, no nothing. Pure Lye? More like Pure Lie! >:|
