Stay far away from these people. Not knowing the nightmare I had ahead of me, I dropped $1600 for a total of 13 laptops from this company. I received one broken laptop with no sound, four broken a/c adapters, and 6 dead batteries. All covered by their 30 day return policy which they edited while I was playing email and phone tag with their sales associate. After a week of answering obvious questions to which they already knew the answer to, it ended with them not replacing anything. The two seperate orders were for refurbished laptops that were in really bad physical condition including scratches, cracks, and dirt. They appeared to be used because when I opened up a few of them I found all stock parts. Refurbished units are suppose to contain one or few newer aftermarket parts to replace old or defective ones. Whatever you buy from them, you're stuck with it and it's not worth trying to return anything anyway after what they put you through. The laptop was $125, the 4 a/c adapters were $45 and the 6 batteries were $90 purchased elsewhere on the internet, all out of my pocket for a total of $260 that was all covered by their return policy. Well at least the original one.
