It appears that Dawn paid a body broker a lot of money for my son, Gavin Fleishman, on January 11, 2018 or January 6, 2018 when my son was illegally transported back to Florida from Denver. Dawn aspires to be a sex therapist (see her LinkedIn profile), but in the meantime Dawn is treating young people sick with drug addiction. Dawn job hops quite a bit down in South Florida. Dawn has a god-like complex and seems to know what is best for us all. After all, Dawn does have letters after her name. Dawn does not like families around "her" facility and she does not like families speaking to her "clients" on the phone. Clients with good health insurance, that is. Health Insurance that pays her well. Dawn likes to keep her clients (for months). A direct quote from Dawn M. Silver. Dawn does not like law enforcement or the Attorney General's Office snooping around her "clients" or "her" facility.

Silver, but the young guy that owns this place (he has a little over a year in the drug rehab business) is no match for Dawn M. Silver, PH.D. I know, I spoke with him on the phone for over an hour. He seems scared, and out of his league. Says he wished he never got involved in this business. Then he pleaded with me not to turn him in. Says he does not like a spotlight on him. Dawns states there is not a herion problem in South Florida and she says no one is overdosing in South Florida. Well, not more than anywhere else in the country.
In accordance with the Rules, the Arbitrator was asked to decide whether the challenged Statements were an opinion or a fact. If, and only if, the Statement was determined to be a statement of fact, the Arbitrator was asked to further decided if, by a preponderance of the evidence, to determine if the Statement was true or false. If the statement identified by the Complainant is determined to be an opinion, no determination will be made as to that particular Statement because an opinion cannot be determined to be true nor false.
In this case, the Arbitrator had only the evidence submitted by the Complainant to consider. The evidence submitted included Outscam Statement, Complainant’s Witness Statements, and supporting documentation.
Each Statement challenged by the Complainant has been considered, together with any Witness Statements and Documents provided by the Complainant for determination of the truth or falsity of the Statement. The Author did not provide a response to the Complaint.
The Arbitrator determined that the certain statements challenged in the Report were false. Therefore, according to the VIP Arbitration Rules, those statements have been redacted.
Please do not trust your loved ones in the care of this 'flop house'. They call themselves a rehab, but they are not. I am sure they will be shut down soon enough, but in the meantime it is detrimental for your loved ones LIVES that you do not buy their lies.
These depraved addicts convinced my mother to send my brother there. Once he got there they gave him heroin and xanax so that he would continue to fail his drug tests. They let him live there and get high for over 4 months until his insurance ran out. Once it did they put him on the street with nothing but a pack of cigerettes and the cloths on his back. While my brother was there 3 people overdosed, 1 resulting in death.
The authorities are already aware of the gross neglegence and have opened an investigation. However, these things can take a while, and if my warning can save even one life than it was worth it. Who knows what else goes on in this place. I have heard other stories about prostitution and trading sex for drugs. BE CAREFUL! We are not talking about being ripped off for a few dollars here. We are talking about murder.
