In August I called Comporium to discuss Internet service prices and set up a time to get a technician out to setup the Internet service. They set the appointment with me for the technician to come out to setup our Internet service. I gave my husband the details of pricing I discussed with Comporium that we were to be charged monthly along with when the technician was scheduled to come out so he could meet the technician. I called Comporium again the same day service was scheduled to give them an updated phone number for the technician to call to let them in the gate. That day Comporium now tells me I'm not authorized because my husband is on the account and not me, so my husband had to call Comporium and authorize me on the account.

Afterwards, I called Comporium again, at this point the technician had setup Internet service and had just left so Comporium wanted a payment method to draft our account every month. Before giving any payment authorization I confirmed the amount of our monthly payments. One month later Comporium charges me twice the agreed amount. I call them ask what's going on with the billing. Emily at Comporium says she needs to discuss what was agreed on our account with the person setting it up. She then informs me I'm correct apologized and said she would adjust my bill accordingly. 15 minutes later Emily calls says her supervisor Brandi says she can't adjust my bill because they don't have record of the phone conversation.

I talk to Brandi the supervisor who tells me Comporium was supposed to charge me for the install the day of the install, which they never did she wasn't sure why. She had record of all the calls made except the one where we discussed and confirmed contract pricing when asked why she wasn't sure she couldn't locate those. At the end she tells me again I'm not authorized on the account and actually hangs up on me. So Comporium lied to me about pricing and what they were going to draft my account every month. They even show a different price online for Internet services but they can't honor any of that because they can't locate those calls confirming our price so they will just charge us more regardless of our discussions or what their website says they charge for services.
