Very similar experiences as the above. I spent weeks going to calls and "Metaphysical Sales Get Rich Calls." I could never got in the door. What he does is string you along where you really want it. Then he drops the BOMB: Training fee. He wanted $5000 over 2 months.
I was suspect but to really get to know the motivation I insisted I could only pay him over 5 months as the holidays were approaching and clinics would have less days open. He declined! Why? He wanted the money quick because you will catch on.
BTW: Now it is stem cell therapy and Chiropractors. www.stemcellsandyou.com ---you guesses it -- the number on the website goes to Richard Harris. Predatory Criminal.
Richard harris of compliance consultatns usa promises an opportunity to work with medical practices and healthcare delivery systems to reduce gaps in care, increase patient compliance, increase provider scores and thus, increase overall revenue doubling the practice revenue by year 3.
He touts their service as "payor agnostic" meaning no fee for service until the practice's revenue increases. As a counsultant, your commission comes only after the increasing revenue generates for the practice. Each "unique patient" of the practice is worth $3.00 in commission which with a 5000+ patient practice, this can be quite significant.
He strings you along on these morning calls 7 days a week before he offers a job position. Other participants on these calls profess the increase in success they have seen in their current jobs due to richard harris' marketing expertise. There are other participants on the calls who claim to be actual consultants and discuss their territory developments.
I was two weeks into the daily calls when i decided to conduct an internet search for compliance consultants usa and richard harris. No information comes up except llc filing information which states ccusa was filed 8/2/17 yet richard harris states the compoany is 4 years old.
The llc filing shows richard harris as the agent and the address as 788 parkshore dr., h23, naples fl. When this address is entered into instantstreetview.com, a low rent apt. Complex is shown. I then find a complaint on scamion.com alleging similar facts.
The scamioncomplaint states that there is up front money to be paid and you never get the money back and that this is not a legit company. In speaking with richard harris about this, he states that yes, there is in fact a fee for his excellent training.
A fee of $2000 and it's all done by webinar, no corporate training at the corporate office! once you sign up 3 physician practices or fqhc Federally qualified health centers), you get that money back. When i state that i can find no website information, he replies that the website was taken down and is being rebuilt.
When i typed in complianceconsultantsusa.com, in the search engine, it routes to a business called practice improvements corporation. This business states they identify gaps in care, increase patient compliance and thus practice revenue.
When asking richard harris why the website address routes to this company, he states ccusa works with this company and while the ccusa website is down, it's routing to this company. The conversation directs back to the training fee which is now quoted at $3000 and the fee can be held in escrow.
I have been a rn for 25 years and have friends that are medical reps for medical device companies or drug reps for big pharma. Never is a new hire expected to pay up front for training and there are always visits to the corporate office for interviews and training but not so with ccusa.
It is all conducted by phone and webinar. On the daily calls he specifically tells people to say their first name only! richard harris speaks very smoothly and professionally thus, believable. Appearing to be professional and legit, he has a potential consultant complete a goals sheet and an nda, both of which have typeset errors.
I told him i want a visit to the brick and mortar home office and a ride along with one of the consultants before investing any more of my time or any money. He replied back with "wishing you much success." i believe this man and his company to be 100% fraudulent.
This guy I believe is a fraud. He pops up usually on craigs list and creates schemes to recruit sales people in the medical business with elaborate contracts, non-compete and NDAs with no website, no background on his company, no reviews.
Ask for some basic referances and you will get DOUBLE TALK EXCUSES AND DENIAL then wants upfront payment to apply. He will tell you he is working with hundreds of doctors yet he does not have one he can personally say he sold. 3 to 6 months before you can expect money in the mean time he keeps yours.
If you do happen to sell a doctor and quit his fake little ponzy scheme he will keep all your money and any possible commission. He has done this with several medical opportunities including drug testing and now driving physicians patients for more services which they may not be billing for supposedly increasing the practices revenue. This guy is a crook. Don't waste your time and DON'T GIVE HIM ANY MONEY.
He also runs a realestate business in FL... http://www.rharealestate.com/
These are my honest findings, beliefs and opinions.
