This company never completed roof work after the hurriciane. It's a shame companies like this are allowed to exist. They take advantage of people when they are hurting the most and need help after roofs were damaged by hurricane Irma. It's bad enouoh having home damage and then to be ripped off by a scammer after the fact makes it that much worse. The state said roofing fraud was rampent after the hurriciane and people like complete roofing solutions come out of the wood work. Shame on you
They repaired a leak on my roof in late September 2017. After I went up to look at my roof I was not satisfided with the results, and I sent photos to this company's owner. I asked them to return, and straighten the crooked tiles, and open areas near the seams. I was then ignored for weeks by the owner. I left phone messages, and sent many emails asking for this Roofing Company (CRS) Complete Roofing Solutions to return to my home.
After being ignored for weeks, and weeks, I reported CRS to the SE Florida Business Bureau. The President would not take 2 minutes to acknowledge my emails, and phone calls. I sent my complaint and photos to the Better Business Bureau. Only then, did the company's owner respond. Thats what it took to get his attention, a Consumer Complaint. The owner of CRS Roofing made many rude, and disrespectful comments about me, and towards me in his email correspondence via the Bettter Business Bueau.
I was victimized again by the owner's temper, and email rants. He really proved to be more difficult than I expected.
We were attempting to come to a resolution through The Better Business Bureau when the CRS owner ,GJ, continued to berate me ,and circumvent the truth about the actual details of the agreed upon resolution. That is when I realized I better not take a chance ,and allow him on my property again. Yes, they finally agreed to return, but only after I contacted The Betterb Business Bureau. During this time frame I came to realize I could never TRUST this Roofing company owner again.
To my fellow Home Owners out there, do not let any contractor disrespect you, or your home. Do not settle for substandard work, Be proud of your home and its' apperance no matter what a contractor tells you. If you don't like the results say something.
