DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

THIS MIGHT BE A GOOD PRODUCT, BUT THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. I called today to complain about the autoship, which I never signed up for, and to get a refund and to cancel my account. Luckily another disgruntled customer had left a review with information on where to call, because I was unable to locate the information through any website. Frustrated and found a better product locally. I hope that Meryl Streep knows her name is being used by these folks.

REMEMBER THE STORIES ABOUT SNAKE OIL SELLERS?!?!?!

Would give a zero star is possible!! Was charged twice the stated price for the trial.

Never agreed to recurring charges. Today my card got hit for $79.99!!

Fraud report has already been filed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Called "Customer Care" -- Total waste of time!

Claimed they couldn't find me in their system "with the info provided" as I read the info directly off THEIR packing slip.

They actually wanted my card number again!

SCAM

-0 stars........ I order the free trial of this cbd oil and pay $5.95 shipping. I was aware that I needed to cancel it in 14 days or be charged for it and that it would be a monthly thing. I did not get any relief from this oil. I have had sucsess with other companies. I looked for the actual website not the trial site, and it was very hard to find. It is not on the packing ship or anywhere I could find. I finally found it after much searching. When I tried to look at my account I couldn't find one. I also could not find a phone number. I did a chat line with a CS rep. and she could not find my info. either. I was told some how it was sent without making an account, so don't worry about it just keep the bottle you won't be charged for anything. I was never charged the $5.95 for shipping on my bank account so I figured maybe sh was right, even though I didn't see how that could happen. WRONG! I was charged $75.99 a couple days later. I called CS from the phone number on my bank statement and talked to them. They canceled the account. I told them what had happened and that I wanted a refund. He went through his story of why he could't and when I asked for a supervisor he hung up one me. I called back and went through the whole thing again and this lady put me one hold and then said her supervisor wouldn't allow the refund. I asked to talk to him and got hung up again. So now I'm stuck with a $75 dollar of I'm not sure what. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Complete Scam

I ordered it to try but then got another shipment I did not sign up for. When I contacted them about it, they said I had placed a checkmark in a box stating I was over 18 and agree to the terms. The autoship terms were never mentioned. Beware!

I ordered what I thought was a one time trial of cbd oil for $5.99, they told me I signed up for recurring charges for a trial. I did Not ever agree to that.

Complete BCD Oil - Trick/ SCAM!

I ordered a free trial and was billed $79.99 to my credit card within two weeks. I never agreed to this! They sent me an invoice with no contact address or company information; just a phone number at the bottom. When I called the number to cancel, their staff were rude and had me on the phone for over 35 minutes. They passed me to three representatives that were all rude and refused to cancel my account or give me their mailing address. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Call your credit card company and file a dispute/fraud report then report them to the better business bureau and your local district attorney cyber crimes unit.

Scammers, Liars, Cheats

I received an unsolicited email from there crooks. They offered a free trial bottle of CBD oil. The only cost was $6.95 for shipping. Within 5 minutes of placing the order, my credit card was charge $179.95 for a 3 month supply. When I called to complain, they offered to give me back only 25%. I hung up and contacted my credit card company. They removed the charge from my account. To prevent the crooks from charging me again, they closed my account and issued me a new card. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Dont use this company.Hard to deal with,hard to cancel orders. Promise $5.99 trail and get billed $79.99 plus shipping. Bad reviews on the product. I have seen no improvement after using this product, i think it is olive oil in a bottle. Olive oil probably has better results than this crap.

I found the company on line. I agreed to ordering/paying for product every thirty days. However, this company charged my card after I had cancelled my order, 5 days after the last charge to my card. I HAD TWO CHARGES ON MY CARD LESS THAN 5 DAYS APART. I did not authorize that. A SECOND CHARGE WAS MADE TO MY CARD THAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED FOR MORE SHIPMENTS/PAYMENTS THAN WAS AGREED—every thirty days.

Two reps I spoke with told me to keep the product. They would not give me an RMA number to return the product, nor would they credit my card for the unauthorized charge of $79.99. They would not honor their refund policy. They offered to credit me 25% of the $79.99. I would not accept.

I phoned the company on 10/31 to cancel ALL shipments/charges—but the charge in question was charged to my card AFTER my cancellation call!

Another product was shipped to me on 10/31, JUST FIVE DAYS (not 30 days, as was agreed), after the previous shipment on 10/26, and another charge was made to my debit card of $79.99 on 11/01.

The refund policy clearly indicates that refunds will be made within 60 days of shipment date, less a $5.99 charge for restocking. I am still within that 60 days, but the company refuses to honor my request.

The company (two reps) refused to issue me a RMA, and refused to give me a refund, less the re-stocking fee.

THIS COMPANY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $79.99 TWO TIMES IN FIVE DAYS, WOULD NOT TAKE A PRODUCT RETURN AND WOULD NOT REFUND THE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE. I HAVE TURNED THEM INTO FTC. FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BAD BUSINESS PRATICES - AUTOSHIP NOT MENTIONED IN SALLS PITCH

Since I did not READ the TERMS of SERVICE, I blame myself for not finding the AUTOSHIP information. Contacted and canceled account. Did not complain or rant due to my failure to do my due diligence.

On the plus side, the product has relieved my anxiety and aided in a good nights sleep, however I have found a couple of other products that have a higher concentration of CBD that I will be trying.

On 9/14/17 I ordered a trial version of CBD Oil and paid a $5.99 shipping and handling fee.

I never received the trial, and on 10/02/17, my credit card was charged $W79.99. I never saw anything about signing up for an automatic delivery or charge.

I called the number listed on my credit card billing. It was identified as Purplecastle8449021298 844-9022193 Ca.

The person who answered the call was very vague, and I could not understand him. He kept putting me on hold. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he was the only person there! He said the trial was on it's way.

A few days later when i noticed the charge of $79.99, I again called and spoke with someone. I informed him I never received any trial product and I wanted to cancell everything. He offered to ship me another order, free of charge, but I refused.

He inidcated that due to the hurrican in Puerto Rico, it had impacted product and delivery.

I fill this is a scam, and don't know how people are allowed to operate like this.
