My fiance and I have a service dog that is trained for alerting my fiance for heart attacks and is also trained to get his medication for his high blood pressure/heart attacks, and a service dog in training. We have lived at the Compass Health, Northstar apartments for over 4 years now (before Cascade Management bought the property) via subleasing from a family member who has also been treated unfairly and discriminated against.
We have been denied Access with our service dog and service dog in training. The management and security guards have told us we are NOT allowed to bring our "pets" in the building because we "don't live here and we are squatters." They have called my fiance a n*g**r on numerous accounts, called the police on us trying to get us to leave saying that we cannot visit anyone here.
I feel they are retaliating because a friend of my was badly assaulted and they deleted evidence (security footage) of the person because it was Management's friend that sells heroin to them. And I helped my friend get a vulnerable adult restraining order against the person who assaulted my friend.
Anyways.... The compass health Northstar apartments manager Hattie Randal has broken several HIPPA laws, discriminated against my disabled fiance and denied Access to a ada registered service dog. I have showed them copies of the id badge and certificate of registration for the service dog, but still we get tormented.
We have had non written permission to live here for the last 4 years (once again since before the cascade management bought the property). We have spent almost $1,000 fixing the shower and kitchen sinks and also the walls. We also have spent a lot of money on bedbug sprays because they have bedbugs. We are the only apartment without any or any trace of them currently.
Before they knew me they told me the life stories of 3 people that live here in the Northstar apartments, they told me how much ssi money they got, how one person was sexually abused, stuff like that. (HIPPA law violations)They have gone to friend's of ours that live in the next building over, and to a few of our food delivery people as they were leaving stating not to "come back, they are squatters and don't live here!" (I have mail in my name for the last 4 years and also my Xfinity in my name here. So yes legally I do live here.)
Our service dog was attacked by a pitbul,l when I screamed for help and for them to call 911, they just laughed and said ",you don't live here squatter, you call them" and went inside." I want to start a lawsuit against them asap they cannot keep getting away with this racial, slandering service dog Access denying discriminators.
As for their concerns for their clients, there was a fire alarm that went off one night with a lot of smoke coming from a apartment, NO ONE (Security guards and live in apartment manager's job to check) went to make sure everyone was outside safely until the fire department came and gave the all clear... Well.... They didn't.
My fiance and I took our dogs down each floor. We found 4 people that were stuck in their apartments (3 apartments, a couple in one of the 3 apartments we helped out). The lady in the couples apartment just had surgery and couldn't walk or get up on her own. Her boyfriend can barely lift anything let alone carry her down 2 flights of stairs, so my fiance and I carried her down along with her service dog and her walker, and her boyfriend had his walker and the other 2 residents that no longer live here because of that.
When we got outside the manager was smoking something and talking on the phone about how much she hated the residents here and the security guard wasn't doing anything other then sitting on the curb smoking a cigarette.
The day after that incident I talked to the head boss Susan about it, she was pissed at her staff and made them do a safety meeting and update their safety protocols and what to do about residents count.
Susan ended up having to go on a emergency leave because of very big emergency in her family came up. When she was gone is when Hattie Randal and her 2 goones (security guards) got worse to power trippin. Slandering . Y fiance and it's name, started getting worse with calling my husband and the Lady's pboyfriend ni***rs.
Hattie's friend lou had agervatedly assaulted the lady that we helped during the fire alarm I'm the laundry room.(I tried stopping him from putting hands on her) We had asked 8Hattie Randal for the security footage of him assaulting her so she could get a restraining order against him..... But she deleted it, lying saying that it automatically deletes after so many days...
I asked security for pictures of the footage, they tried to but one guy got fired and one got threatened to be fired... Susan got back from her family emergency but had a funeral to goto a couple days later... On that day is when our service dog and service dog got kicked out of the apartments.... Hattie's friend from another apartment building next to us, had her pitbull attack my 2 dogs and called animal control on us.
But thankfully the animal control guy didn't take my dogs. (Once again Hattie Randal deleted parts of the security footage so looked as if my dogs were the aggressor. They weren't...) I had told him what she was doing and said hattie is violating several disability and civil laws. And gave me ADA laws paper work about anyone trying to deny my dogs from going in doors....
Well management had left, we were forced to stay outside until 4:53am the next morning... My older service dog had a seizure and so I called a friend to come down and let me and my dogs in. Security swung the office door open that's next to the stair case to go up to the 3rd floor apartments where I live, and tried shoving me back. (It didn't work)
He stated he is calling the police, I said " go right on ahead. Ill be got damned if my dog will be stuck outside when he just had a seizure and needs his meds." And I shoved my way through his hand on the door blocking my entrance and, yes.... I smarted off and told him I could have him arrested for attempting murder of my disabled fiance by not allowing his service dog which is trained for heart attack awareness and trained to get his proper medications to stop his heart attacks, and blood pressure.
Along with his medication for the bullet that's lodged in the back of my fiance's head...
