I am president of bluewater flying boats in florida I am also founder and ceo of wroblewski aircraft in pennsylvania. Terry smith issued 2 letters of intents to the corporations. For a total of $37,000. He requested these funds to perform due diligence work on the projects.
He claimed that he would loan bluewater 100 million usd at a 5% interest rate. Bluewater was to use the 100 million to develop amphibious aircraft to fight fires around the world. Bluewater was also slated to use the 100 million to develop amphibious aircraft to fight covid-19 around the world. He also claimed he would loan wroblewski aircraft 250 million usd at a 5% interest rate.

In the end after about 6 months, we asked terry to just lend us just 1 million usd and we would move onto to other lending sources. He never responded to these inquiries.

Any and all items shall be tracked by i.P. Address, and any other tracking measures shall be included!! this has also been provided to our legal team, and they shall be assisting in these efforts as well!
You are also being given notice today, that you and your team are not welcome in and or near our office, as you are no longer welcome!!
