Was told $75 new paitent onboarding and cleaning and after they tried to charge me $240 for cleaning. Dishonest company and terrible staff in my opinion and NO ONE should go here as they try and take advantage of people.
BEWARE SCAM!!! This Dentist scammed my family. My daughter goes to Sarasota military Academy and she received a text message on her personal cell phone that is paid for by her dad, which is me. It is from comfortable care, dental, reminding her of an appointment. She replied that day and stopped by on her way home from school not knowing or discussing that appointment with me. I do have insurance with principal and I got a call from the front desk lady stating that "SIR , it will be $200 for her visit for her x-rays an exam and I asked her why she was there, she said. This is preventative treatment. I stated that we do have dental insurance and then she wanted that number two run it. Sounds pretty normal, but here's the deal. When I was getting ready to give her my insurance card.
I kind of scratch my head and wondered why we were at the dentist today and since we are moving. I decided we wanted to use the dentist up north and the lady would not let my daughter leave without pay any $50 cancellation fee. So is on the phone with my daughter in the front desk lady came on saying that we will go after you for the $50 will go on your parents credit. If you want to take advantage of minors by texting them appointments and charging them when were not even a patient of yours. You can go F*$k yourself Dr. Scam. I wanted to make sure that all the parents out there know that this is a scam going on and it's a good lesson for your kids and to be aware of these businesses in our community I will pay the $50 to their front desk, because they need it. Wow, they told my daughter that she could not leave. Like a ransom. The professional licensed Dentist needs a checkup.
