Several years ago, we purchased a life insurance policy from one of their salesmen, who came to our house. We were told the policy would be sent to us in the mail. Since that time, this company has automatically taken money from our account every month. We never received a policy and when I call to ask about it, I'm told it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get it in the mail. I have a policy number, but no policy and I believe this is all bogus.
I've stepped up my campaign lately of getting a policy, but now it's almost impossible to get an agent on the phone. When I DO get someone on the phone, I'm told to use their self-care website. It doesn't work most of the time, but when it does it's only concerned about me making a payment to the company.
I think I'm just about done making any more payments to them at all. I receive no service from their "customer service" team.
First it took the company over a month to get the claims forms to me. The forms were complicated as it was. I provided all the necessary documentation that was needed to prove that I had heart disease and was under constant medical care. I had minor surgery and the medications is quite a heavy load each month. When I signed up for the health care policy it was not with this company and it was not as they stated that I had to have a bypass in order to file a claim.

I have had a policy with combined for 15-20 years--different policys---my cancer policy had a mamography
reimbursment with it--after about 17 years of having and using this policy---which is suppose to be paid in full after 20 years
they decided to no longer cover mamography ---or i could have it covered with a %400 increase in premium
---i'm not sure if this is even legal--but they did it to my----of course i'm kept the policy because in 1 more year it is
paid in full---but no longer get the mamography benifit
