1- They borrowed $3M from a local bank in Palestine TX to buy the large track of land in Boling TX. They subdivided the large track into smaller tracks and sold them. The track owners received the Deed of Tust with a $3000,000 lien on them. This was the Colt Ranch and Land loan.
No one was able to sell their lands wit $3,000,000 liens on them.
After they sold all the tracks they defaulted on their $3,000,000 loan and their back came and took everyone 's land even after we paid for in in full for over $100,000.
They are not licensed as a lender in Texas but they issue hundreds of loans every year. All their loans are fraud and illegal.
