I paid Courtney cole inJune to elimination my mortgage and I paid for a 3 week expedited order. she lied and when i asked for the documents she was sending . she kept puttting me off and saying , she will have tomorrow and 3 months later tomorrow never came. Then she gave me the first set of documnets to be recorded at the county and 3 weeks after they we marked unofficial with the county ,. they wer bogus and not accepted.

Stay away from her as she is a liar and fraud. She takes money and then give you bogus letters

Courtney Cole is a scam she did not disclose the work that she does until after you pay her.She does everything by email you must do all of the work,after i found out what was involved i wanted my money back which was 250.00 dollars of my hard earn money she refused ,which she refuse when she had my money she wanted to force me to use her services she should have gave me my money back she should have disclose what she did before i paid her plus she uses a 609 template that she email you to send off i have the same template that she use and it did not work . I JUST WANT TO EXPLOSE HER.

Courtney Cole is as unprofessional as they come. I watched her videos for a year before making the leap to start her three month credit repair services. I was excited and nervous about hiring someone online. She assured me that she'd begin immediately after the payment went through. What I learned is that there's no incentive for her to start right away. Why? Because the clock starts ticking the day you pay, not the day she begins your case.

Two weeks went by and I never heard from Courtney. In fact, I had to email her as a reminder that I had been awaiting her response.

I received three template letters via email...for $500. In fact, part of it was out of date. The instructions are difficult to read and again, she has no intentions of making it easier on her clients. Instead, she insists that you re-read the instructions whenever things seem unclear and most certainly...do not bother her. After all, you're lucky she's helping you!

No customer service or consideration. Forget being cordial.

There were several back-and-forth emails to be sure I was doing all correctly. Courtney's responses were along these lines: "I don't care", "You're lucky I'm responding", "Don't bother me or I'll stop your services now", "I don't have time for this as my business is now closed since it's 3pm", "I have a baby", etc. You can imagine the tone of the emails. I continually had to ask her to be professional and if business hours were closed to please respond during business hours so that I did not feel berated.

Didn't you receive my $500? Aren't you happy to help a new customer who is interested in purchasing more of your services?

Beware. The clock is ticking for those three months. So, I receive the updated credit reports from all three bureaus on day 20. Excited, I email Courtney and learn that no matter what...she will not take emails before the 40 day mark. Why? Because it benefits her to drag this out. That is the ONLY reason why as this is our first pass. I then email her on day 40 and I don't hear back from her for a week. I follow up and find out that there were pieces of missing information. I resend. One week passes and still no response. I email again. Guess what? I learned that because ALL of my information was not sent in one email on day 40, I lose. In fact, I now must pay another $350 renewal fee in order to obtain the 2nd set of template letters!

People. Please. Save. Your. Money.

Do not get yourself mired in this mess because you will lose. I know, I know...there are tons of testimonials. They got me too. Something isn't adding up.

In the end, you will not be able to get your money back and you will continually have to pay her and receive below average customer service, including unfriendly emails. She will force you to pay her via PayPal personal friends and family or cash deposit at her bank. You will have no recourse either way.
