Tosha Giovannone was a seller's real estate broker for a house I offered to buy. She lied in multiple occassions about multiple things. First she lied that she will provide seller's disclosure. She never did. The house still does not have seller's disclosure on file. Then she told me that my offer was accepted. This was a lie as I found out 5 days later that she purposfully did not reply to my emails, and text in order to accept a different offer. In a couple of months her deal fell through.

After my own investigation I found out that the house I was bidding on, had liens of over 1.1 million dollars! Still, she put the house out for sale again not disclosing this information. After asking her why the deal fell through, she lied that it was due to rental liens - this was not true, as all liens filed against the owner and the house were from busineeses, IRS, and Pennsylvania State. The people she supposedly "sold" the house were renting at the time, they gave two months notice to their landlords and had to re-sign new lease at a much higher montly cost!

Almost all information she provided was a lie.

Her lies cost other people thousands of dollars.

In Nov. 2016, I went to the realtor office of Eugenia Mancera and signed a contract with Sedrick Celestin for a six-month investment for the property located at 310 S. Breed, Los Angeles, CA.

The agreement was that I would pay $75 and get a fixed $25k at the end of six months. I can tell you as of today - June 22, 2018 I still have not received my money. At this point neither she nor Sedrick are answering my phone calls.

They had a contractor - Andres Martinez from Synergy Investment Partners, LLC undertake the project of flipping the house.

One of the last conversations, he said he would impose a $5k penalty (or pay me $5k less) because I was asking for my money (May 2017).

At one point, they were going to get another investor to buy out my contract.

That hasn't worked either. Also, I found out through www.propertyshark.com that the house was SOLD in January for profit.

But they keep telling me they have problems evicting tenants, problems with the city permit and that there was 2 fires on the property so that's why they can't pay me my money.

Now that they are not answering my phone calls I'm concerened something more sinister has happened with my money.

THEY CHARGED BE $ 600 FOR 6 BOGUS LEADS. THEY PROMISED 25 - 30 QUALIFIED LEADS.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND QUITE THREATENING

Mortgage / Real Estate.. I was under contract with Coldwell Banker and when I signed into contract with this Mortgage company. Not long after I moved in the well gave out and my family got sick! My realtor failed to provide me proof of inspection reports do a finial walk through . So I asked myself okay I bought this home and my family got sick , lost a family pet and what little dignity I have to prove my point ! Do I think my realtor intended to follow through with what threats and show that I had nothing to stand off! Coldwell Banker I would have not thought to be a distrust company that would do anything to hurt a person's reputation ! if I had known what I got I would have never tried hard to figure out how these things happen and how it effected my family; I would have never bought this home ! Now the Mortgage is trying to say they have nothing to do with the former contract and that I needed to address the issue with the former entity. Mortgage lenders needs to be as responsible as the person that had passed the contract since they back them up ! They really need to address the Caution and Beware .. does anyone know what they buy or can honestly say they can guarantee that this is not going to fail because it's people that don't want to tell the buyer what there buying and leaving it to them to pay for it as I did with my family! NO- ONE should ever feel the pressure of loosing SOOO; much as I can say what we lost when your being deceived! This realtor should have lost her job ! United States

They were our property mgrs for 4 years for 84 strathmore ct dr in coram, ny 11727. they are not trustworthy. they always try to twist situations to their favor. we are out 2700 dollars because of their actions.. they are trying to sell a house for the landlord bonnie nichols who lives in florida which was rat infested when i finally left end of may 2016 because of situation and they were more concerned about selling house. very unprofessional couple. would not recommend, she will charm you to get what they want. Kochmans changed the locks went inside without a promised walk through and said we destroyed house just to get out of having landlord pay us. all true have pics and docs to prove it.
