We ordered the product on 12/13 we paid $20.00 for express shipping they promised on site to have before Christmas on 12/22 we called to check on status lady hung up on us said they were back ordered promised to refund the $20.00 express shipping we never got her Name is Kelly B out of Brooklyn, NY but has a helper in Georgia, they sent a package the day after Christmas today 12/26 full of junk and no waist trainer.
