I had $100 worth of bitcoin sent to my coinme wallet.
After two days it still has not been posted.
I have spoken to customer service 4 or 5 times and even provided them with the transaction ID that shows they received the funds.
They keep saying that they are busy and that someone will get to it.
This is the first time I have had trouble with coinme but I am deeply disappointed with their customer service.

Still not a word from coinme.
I see the bad reviews piling up here so it looks like the company just don't give a crap about their reputation. They don't even pretend to care about small change complaints.
They have their machines in a lot of stores now and the newest complaints are about the machines malfunctioning and not producing the vouchers that were paid for.
Their online services have been malfunctioning also.
So I guess the fault might be that their software is failing due to increased demand. Or maybe it is just faulty in general.
Whatever the reason, their customer service is abhorrent and provides almost no evidence that they intend to right their mistakes. They don't even bother to provide a human response to the reports of people's lost deposits.
They even stopped doing phone support..despite stating that it is available from their online FAQ.
Sooooo...I only lost a hundred bucks. A lot of folks lost considerably more.
But I have never just stood by and let people take what is rightfully mine.
I will persist by giving bad reviews on every online site where I have this ability.
And I will print warning notices and attach them to every coinstar machine I can find.

That was 3 or 4 days ago. Nothing but crickets from coinme since.
It seems that Tyrone's assurance that my complaint has been "escalated to a senior customer service representative" was more a P.R. stall than a sincere attempt to correct their mistake.
I suppose that their only real response will be to disable my account because of my annoying "petty change" complaint.
People who read my entire account of what dealing with coinme's customer service is like should avoid trusting their hard earned money to what seems to be the cloud of no return.

I arrived back at home to login and to gain access to my coinme bitcoin account to redeem my coinme bitcoin voucher and I was denied to gain access to my coinme bitcoin account.
I contacted and I called the coinme customer service hotline number which is printed and is located on the front of the coinme bitcoin voucher receipt slip and I left a brief message and my callback numbers for one of the customer service support team members to call and to contact me for some type of assistance.
Some type of help with my coinme bitcoin account and I didn't hear from anyone with the coinme customer service support team until the following week which was on tuesday, august 9, 2022. I received an e-mail message from a Mr. Devin and he is a coinme customer service supp ort specialist II with the coinme customer service support team and I sent him an e-mail message to him to resend the message to me again requesting the additional information.
Its been four days so far and I haven't heard back from him at this time and its been two weeks sense this problem has happen and has occurred and I believe that coinme has a poor customer service support team.
They don't care about they're customers and they shouldn't be granted a business licence to sale bit coins to the general public and except cash payments from the hard working customers. The hard working consumers who work and live in our communities and our neiborhoods and something has to be done and has to be enforced to handle and to correct this type of bad business practice in the business world of today.
Here is copy of the e-mail message from the coinme bitcoin exchange along with a copy of the e-mail message I sent back to coinme and I have a coinme bitcoin voucher in my possession that I am unable to redeem in the amount of, $1,600.00 Dollars.
I tried to buy bitcoin from Coinme . After setting up my account on machine and receipt from machine I tried verifying my account and I was denied access to my account . I tried numerous times to chat with online agents about the problems I was having and now my account has been blocked and I have no way of getting my $700 back from Coinme . Worthless scam as far as I am concerned and deeply regret using
This company advertises it has the lowest bitcoin fees but when you use there service they shop around for the lowest exchanges rates and rip you off your bitcin by giving you that rate, so your charges will actually be the highest around!
This is illegally and when you contact them they say there is nothing they can do as bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed!! Watch out for this scam company as they do not care of taking your hard earned money!!
