This company told me I would make $700 week (salary) as a Fed Ex delivery driver working Mon-Fri from 7am until around 4pm. I would be making deliveries for half of the county making residential deliveries. I quit my job, went to work for them and worked 7am until 8 or 9pm everyday. They had me doing residential deliveries, business deliveries and pickups. I was also told I would have a printout of my stops and the truck would be loaded in the morning when I arrived. Instead, there was a huge pile of boxes behind my truck everyday when I arrived. They were in no order and I had to make out my own list going through the random boxes as I loaded it. I told them I needed hourly pay or I could not stay (they refused). When I left, they gave me $1060 for the 2 weeks (should be $1400) stating it was "training pay" which was never discussed. I will be reporting them to the Dept of Labor.
