Don't call them. It is absolutely scam, I had a very frustrating experience with this non-responsive company that seems to do nothing but be intent on ruining reputations. i had to shift on some other company.

I called my bank to block the two transactions and the second message that said that I needed to pay $299 said that the first message was a false. be aware
Terrible "company"they try to get you to pay extra for services you dont need or really want i lost over 1000$ with them when they said they would refund my money and it all looked very good the numbers were there and just poof gone
Several years ago I used this company via the recommendation of another person. I had no idea I was still on their list of customers since I had not used them for some time. Recently, they began calling me again, and again and again.....Then, they stated that this past May I renewed their services but I did not remember nor wanted to use them again. They debited my card (I checked and sure enough) for $299 but I do not remember even talking to them.
Don't call them. It is absolutely scam. First they try to scare you that the virus could damage your others devices as well. Then they sell you their service. Total scam...
