Under the Coastal Telecom name we were hired to do work for this company; just one location organized with a Purchase Order. Work was performed, and invoice sent. I've spent the last year being lied to about order of payment and bankruptcy. If any one compiles a lawsuit action we will attest to our experience and charge as well. Now phone numbers and the accountant are no where to be found...but a new business has appeared in it's place.
FYI- They are also doing business under nex matrix/ nts / and north american telecom- pittsburgh and blufton sc and possibly mvd in ohio.. all the same ownership
We are located in Clearwater Florida, and for the past few months we have been getting call after call, and bill after bill from companies trying to get paid from this company Coastal Telecom Services. We have no association to them whatsoever. They seem to owe quite a lot of people money for services or they themselves owe people for thier services. We got a letter from the BBB because this companys name is so close to ours and people are calling us and reporting us by mistake. We had to call and clarify who we were and make sure they stopped associating us with them. We have recieved calls from all over the country. Massachusets, New York, Kansas, I mean everywhere. I do not know who these people are or what they do or who they are scamming but something needs to be done to stop associating our name with them. We install and service telephone systems for businesses in the State of Florida. Additionally, we are COASTAL TELE-COMUMMICATIONS INCORPORATED, an S-Corp AKA Coastal Telecom. So please do not call or mail us bills for the above company.
IT APPEARS THAT I WAS SCAMMED INTO WORKING ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS FOR THESE PEOPLE ON A CLOUD BASED TELEPHONE SYSTEM AT AN ASSISTED LIVING CENTER IN SANTA CRUZ, CALIF. ON ONE OCCASION I SPENT AROUND 8 HOURS OF MY TIME FIXING DIFFERENT PROBLEMS AND REWIRING DATA LINES WHILE WORKING WITH SCOTT SCHAFER AND JASON SIMPSON. TO DATE I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID A DIME AND AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH WHILE WAITING FOR PAYMENT. THEY, (KEVIN BRINK), HAVE GIVEN ME THE USUAL EXCUSES FOR NON-PAYMENT AND IT NOW APPEARS THAT THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR BUSINESS NAME TO NEXMATRIX TO FURTHER CONFUSE ANYONE TRYING TO COLLELT A DEBT OWED. I BELIEVE THAT THEY FEEL SAFE THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH NOT PAYING THE PARTNERS THAT THEY EMPLOY BECAUSE THEY ARE IN A DIFFERENT STATE THAN ME. I HOPE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT SLEEP KNOWING THAT THEY ARE NOT HONEST HUMAN BEINGS AND I WILL RETRACT ALL I HAVE SAID ABOUT THEM UPON FULL PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT I AM OWED. STEVE
