Postage was all I had to pay and when my credit card bill came - A charge for postage and also the product. DON'T BUY COAL GLOW PRODUCTS !!! MISREPRESENTING THE COST OF THEIR CREAM !!!!
I ordered a sample on 1/29/17 for a skin cream that takes away winkles for $5.94 for shipping - sample was free.
Then I received another ad for a skin cream that did the same and that sample was $4.94 for shipping - sample was free.
On 2-24 I looked at my credit card and I had a charge for $92.94 from GLL Brillianceyeserum and one for $97.92 from DLL Healthy Essence.
I called Healthy Essence and expained I didn't order anything and they said the sample was not a sample but full size of the product. I said it wasn't good and I wouldn't buy it. I argues and was put on hold for 25 minutes waiting for a supervisor. They wouldn't reverse the charge. I waited and waited for John 322 to find a supervisor. Finally, John said he talked to a supervisor in passing and I could get the sample for half price - I said NO I wanted my $97.92 back. He said NO. I asked to talk to a supervisor and then John 322 said he would refund me $143.14 because he had to keep a $35 restocking fee.
I said I wanted by $97.92 back but he offered $143.14. It didn't make sense but if I got my money and a bonus back - I'd be happy. He said I had to take it NOW or no deal or refund. I told him they were wrong and I want my money back and that I'd let everyone know what they put me through.
Then I called my credit card company and told them what happened and we called GLL Brillianceyeserum. They said I already talked to them and made a deal. I never called them at 888-325-5685! I talked to DLL Healthy Essence at 855-794-5382! Then say said I got my refund of $143.14 and I told them that's why I was defrauded and scammed.
They use two company names for two products and charge you about $97 for each sample you order or in my case $190.86 for little bitty samples of cream that do NOTHING! I argued and argued and told them how i was a fraud to use two different names to order but when the refund comes up they are the same!
My credit card agent was so helpful and reclarified and reclarified with them to get them to finally admit that Brillianceyeserum and Healthy Essence are the same company. It ended up where they said I'd get a full refund in 3 days! I'll see if I get it but BUYER BEWARE!
I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one to ensure they don't try to charge me again!
Lesson learned - Do Not Buy Products advertised on Facebook because you may be scammed. If you do, check your credit card statement weekly to ensure they don't build charges against you.
I ordered a 14 day trial and paid the shipping of $4.94 as required. I have my email receipt to show the transaction. I made three calls to the company to cancel the $98 charge on my credit card. They said I had to return the product and they would give me 85% back and a 15% restocking fee. There is no mention in their advertisement of a subscription or automatic charge of any amount. I asked them to send me an email with the information we discussed and they would not do it. Their representatives were not friendly and one even yelled at me. They sent me one email showing the cancellation but the ID number was wrong. I also asked to talk to a supervisor twice and they said there wasn't one available. The third time, when I asked them to send an email, they said they were having problems with their computers and I have not received the email.
