I placed a order on 11/20/2016 next day delivery, order number 91142287 when i called on 11/28/2016 to verify the status of the order and to see if i can get a discount since the item price change almost half of and that my brother found it in his local coach store cheaper. i called again and the agent verified that he was going to reroute the order back to the store so i can get a refund. on 11/29/2016 i called again and they told me that the item was delivered ( i check the front desk and the order was lost call usps and after called coach again, talk to a supervisor that open another investigation and now i have to wait 8 days. for a next day delivery on a order placed on 11/20/2016 this is not acceptable.. im going to in MA for the holidays and want this resulved sooned. i have already called 6 times since 11/20/2016... for different issues with this order.
now they telling me the order is going to another country.
I ordered a Coach purse. The one that was sent to me was the wrong one. I have no idea how to send it back. It took nearly a month to get to me and I was charged $78.00. I was not aware this purse came from China and I am stunned.
All I want is a refund on my charge account and if sometime in the future I want a Coach purse, I will shop at a reputable company or store.
There were no papers included in the package, such as an order that would have the price or any other information in regard to my order. The packing slip is glued to outside of a plastic package, It would be impossible to remove it to include it in the same packaging for return.
I ordered 2 items on the home page then i went into christmas sale and they were listed there at a cheaper price. i had already place the order so i tried to contact them and never got a response and i did it several times.
i looked up address and that was not a coach outlet store.
