CLW Delivery delivered and installed a new refrigerator to my home on June 17, 2016, and they pinched the ice maker water line when they pushed the refrigerator back into its enclosure causing a huge water leak that ruined my laminate floor. They deny responsibility for their negligence and refuse to take responsibility. The prudent approach would have been to simply strap the line up and out of the way. They are supposed to be a "professional delivery and installation company" They have several unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau of this same nature whereas they have caused damage to people's homes and refuse to be responsible. They were hired by Sears to deliver the refrigerator so they may be delivering your appliances and you would not even know it was CLW Delivery. I simply thought it was Sears Home Delivery until I experienced all the issues. Now it looks like my only recourse is legal action.
CLW delivery called my employees and told them there Gona terminate my contract and tried to hire them as workers .when I found out I contacted my manager and he told me that's a lie don't worry about a thing..they charge you for claims that's not yours they ask u to do extra stops they don't pay u there claim process is a joke. they don't give u time to investigate the claim they just charge u for it they don't care about there contractors ..managers don't do nothing to help you..they don't give u copy of your contract after u sign it they say we're gonna email it to u they never do..they don't care if u break dot regulations..before u sign your contract get s copy and take it to lawyer..if your hired as a company driver u only do certain amount of stops if your a contracter with one truck and u have 20 stops your forced to do them no help is send and they send u around the world there routing is awful
