Clubhouse Reviews

  • Aug 7, 2022

My name is Donat. I’m an aspiring executive producer of peculiar content for social audio, TV and Film. Like most, in 2020, during the pandemic, I downloaded clubhouse to escape the pandemic. But, what I found was a breeding ground for narcissistic, and malicious characters who exploited my mental and emotional health in the name of content.

Within my first 3 months as a user, I earned more than seven thousand followers, I quickly became popular for my eccentric mindset. Suddenly, I was doxed and “outed as bisexual” by a girl name Elaine, who exploited my likeness to find her voice. Thereafter, my name and likeness was pilfered in more than 300 room titles. My lawyer sent Paul Davison, founder of Clubhouse and his legal team several cease and desist notifications over the past 2 years which were ignored entirely.

Unfortunately, Clubhouse has allowed the average person to participate in unlicensed social engineering and cyberstalking. Moreover, the app can be a huge distraction for adults at work, so unless you want your kids to suffer from mental and emotional trauma, and fail in school, I’d highly suggest they not use the app.

Worst of all, Clubhouse staff are vicariously participating in dark tribalism which makes using the app all the more dangerous. Clubhouse staff pick and choose their favorites, like Freddy Roosevelt, AAYANX, Honey Shakur, Kim Cutz, and Chauncey Belle, some of the most dangerous users on that app.

The said individuals have personally offended me and destroyed my character, putting my name in the middle of some of the most egregious storylines to spin false narratives just to control the public perception about me. In reality, their actions are part of a co-conspiracy to denigrate and conceal my popularity, thus preventing me from gaining momentum, money and career opportunity.

Clubhouse founders and their employees have completely ignored all emails, and legal notifications sent from my licensed attorney. Pursuant to the Americans with Disability Act, I’m living with marked limitations like emotional and mental distress. Moreover, even when I discontinued using Clubhouse, people continued to put my name in titles, attracting hundreds who’d listen to false narratives where I was forced to return to the app to defend myself; which further triggered my emotional and mental disability.

Clubhouse employees like Crystal Mais and Joe Armenia have helped conceal egregious statements and actions made against me by completely silencing me, then sitting in rooms or being an Administrator in clubs that have notoriously cyber-stalked me. Also, Crystal Mais is personal friends with Clubhouse user Chauncey Belle who has an entire club specifically dedicated to cyberstalking me, he’s also publicly admitted to using Clubhouse employees to delete my intellectual property and account without resolve.

Because Clubhouse staff are participating in dark tribalism and elitism, they’ve inherently created a two tier system where Clubhouse Guidelines and Policies doesn’t apply to their favorites who are permitted to break all the rules, cyberstalk and harass members of the LGBTQ+ Community and those living with disabilities while bragging about their “special relationship or association” with Clubhouse Staff who protects their likeness while banning anyone who opposes them.

The statements, and accusations made in this article are backed with more than two thousand audio clips, time stamped emails and screenshots pertaining the names parties. Therefore, Clubhouse is vicariously liable for any and all harassment/cyberstalking directed towards myself and hundreds of black people whose failing victim to their “favorite” content creators.

Donat is one of Clubhouse’s most popular black content creators who should have roughly 100k followers at this point. He currently has a Clubhouse Reality Show, which grossed roughly $1,000.00 per episode in ticket sales. Donat and his crew will continue to outsource content from Clubhouse while taking his productions to a social audio platform that’s fair, unbiased, and doesn’t discriminate nor participate in dark tribalism.
