Kayla Witt as Club Wag lease our property for a 2nd location on july 2016 for a 12 month term.in sept we did not get paid called her for payment she inform us that she ran out of money to finish the shop and could not pay us and was moveing out asap.we inform her that she was still responsible for the total amount of the lease.after we inspected the property found trash every where good carpet removed floor damaged at a large cost to repair.we have invoiced her for past rent and damage cost of over $6252.00 which she has refuse to pay and now has ripped us off. do not do any thing with her she is bad news.
