I signed up to try Cloudhq mainly because they said they offer world-class support and their platform was easy to use and need something where I can contact all my clients at once when we are running specials, so I unload my account and paid f for 1000 text messages.
I once I tried to upload the next set I had a big problem so I call and the phone number does not accept incoming calls the route you to an email account.
So I emailed them and told them I was having problems uploading my leads for the second time. They send me what was already on the website that did not work and I express concerns that this is not working and I had deadlines to meet.
Support answered me back Pauline told me if you don't know how to do it your self then go someplace else. I then requested to speak to a supervisor I had just purchased a product that does not work when I got a reply back she told me she had disabled my account and she was going to keep all my money after I just signed up only days earlier. I was shocked.
The next thought was to protect my clients and when I tried to log in and delete them, they had already taken them and locked me out. I am so angry and ticked off that I lost my money and my client's information. They should be run out of business. They rip me off.
